We had an issue with the Alternator on a 2006 Tiffin Phaeton. We called them on a Monday they were able to get us in and diagnose the problem on Thursday. They ordered the parts and were able to send us on our way the following Monday. They could not have been more helpful as we were living in the RV our 2 week trip to Florida. Brought my camper to IR RV for scrape and reseal on the roof and got home with rain pouring in my Maxx fan. Roberto did not seal correctly. Corey the owner was yelling at someone and then I realized it was me. He was screaming about how he gives his techs insurance,401k, great pay and vacation benefits. He also said people bring their crappy campers to us and expect us to fix everything perfectly I said my roof was leaking and it needs to be fixed correctly. Brought it back and had to sit at the gate for 40 minutes because he lives in PSL. Two days later they have it sitting outside by the gate and no one was there to apologize or talk about the issue. I asked for pics of the roof work and got no answer. I had my grandson take pics of roof and see a 2" gap and 4" gap that was missed by the king antenna caulking mishaps weren't cleaned up and sent them pictures and still nothing. I will never use this business again!!! A flipping nightmare! Also they got the black caulking on my floors and now my awning doesn't work! Shoddy workmanship and terrible communication skills. I would not refer anyone to this business! Don't businesses take pride in there work? I'm a small business owner and if make a mistake, I bend over backwards to make my customers happy! read more

We have used Indain River RV for several things needed on our Jayco Precept and they were great. Recently we needed a base plate and braking system installed on our vehicle so we could flat tow. Pros: 1.We are fulltime RV'ers and they were able to complete the job in one day so we didn't need to find a place to stay. 2. I asked to get my rig in earlier if someone canceled. They called and I got my rig in several days early. Cons: 1. I waited in the parking lot and watched from afar. After noticing the technician was taking longer than expected I asked what was up. The "owner" said there was a couple wires crossed and everything was fine. Another hour went by while seeing the technician on the roof with his volt meter. I approached the "owner" again. He said everything was fine. Then he said "This is why we don't want customers to wait". I find that comment rude, disrespectful and arrogant. 2. I was not offered a review of the service performed. I had to ask the technician to pull my rig back in so I could test the AC. The Technician said I should have asked at initial drop off. The technician did not accompany me while testing. Surely I didn't want to return with my rig later if I discovered an issue. 3. I found tools on the bed. I informed the front receptionist that I found tools in the rig and that I returned them to the technician. The receptionist stated "You should have kept them to teach him a lesson". Wow, so disrespectful of their technician. But I think that attitude is consistent based on the "owners" prior comment. Shouldn't I have been thanked for returning the tools? 4. I noticed a problem with the invoice. I was charged $50 for the prearranged return of my EasyStart. The receptionist said they had to remove the AC cover to uninstall it. EasyStart removal takes no more than 5 seconds when removed during an AC replacement. Huh? The cover was removed to replace the AC. She said " I don't want to argue with you" and removed the $50 bogus charge. An argument? Huh? If it was a mistake, why not just acknowledge that! 5. Although I was charged $50 for the return of my EasyStart, it was not returned to me. After delivery, I had to ask for it. I informed them I was not happy. They had no comment, just crickets. Wow, I wonder what I would have been charged if I wanted the failed AC returned to me? Good thing I didn't, see photo. Kinda funny how the Technician threw the AC off the roof. lol 6. Once at home I discovered that the High and Low was reversed on the AC. Hmm, I missed that when I inspected while at the shop but it was their responsibility to ensure the unit was working properly before returning to me. I got on the roof, removed the cover, discovered the fan wires reversed and corrected it myself. If I could, I'd charge them $50 for correcting their mistake. I will not be a repeat customer. And I would suspect they don't want a customer with my minimal expectations anyway. If you decide to use this shop, keep a close eye and don't expect a friendly and transparent experience. read more

This is my second review of Indian River RV. I had a difficult to diagnose issue with my dash A/C. I had previously taken my RV to several shops and had paid to have work done with very limited success. This was a difficult issue, but Indian River RV was able to diagnose and correct the issue at a very reasonable rate. They guys really know their stuff! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I just wish I lived closer to them. I drove over 100 miles to have these guys fix my RV! read more

Yesterday I had the light quit working in the fridge. It was not just a bad bulb but a corroded light fixture (bracket) also - had too much moisture in fridge for too long. I called Indian River RV and the girl found my parts there and held them for me until I could get there. Great service and I got these parts and a reasonable price. Now the Mrs can see what is in the fridge. Thanks Indian River RV for helping keep me out of the dog house. read more

Left Motorhome with them to fix a number of problems. 2 months later they tell me it's ready. I picked it up and found out several issues were not addressed. They told me they were busy and I should bring it back in the future. Short story is I have an unusable rv. Paid a lot of money and I will have to bring it elsewhere. read more
