What was supposed to be a simple VASER procedure for minor skin tightening and contouring turned into a nightmare that I'm still trying to recover from. I trusted this clinic based on false promises and slick marketing. Instead of the results I was promised, I left with severe burns, loose and wrinkled skin, and an open wound so serious that I had to wear a wound vac for three months just to heal. Let that sink in--I came in for skin tightening and left with a medical trauma that's taken years to try to correct. Angela, the woman who runs this clinic, along with her mother, showed zero accountability. I sat down with them face to face, explained what I was going through, showed photos, and begged for a resolution or even a partial refund. Instead, I was met with excuses like "things happen during surgery" and a refusal to take any responsibility. They claimed what happened to me was out of their control--yet their clinic performed the procedure. Since then, I've spent thousands of dollars on treatments trying to fix what they did to my once beautiful, healthy body. I've had to seek out specialists, therapists, and scar revision experts because of the damage they caused. Not only did they completely botch the procedure, but they also grossly overcharge patients, offer no proper aftercare, and take advantage of vulnerable women looking to enhance their appearance. And remember to get Jplasma, no matter where you go. Even upon entering the place, I knew I'd found a special gem amongst the thousands of other cosmetic offices in Miami. I cannot express enough how I went from hell at SA (check out my review on that nightmare for more details) to Heaven at Perfection Medspa. I went from to being treated like cattle to being treated like a VIP Princess at Perfection Medspa. My original surgery date was with the previous place was on Feb 1. And (long story short) had to replace them with Perfection. (The only hold-up was me retrieving my refund from the previous surgery center and paying for the new center). Now that I have that out of the way, on to the good stuff. Mila and Kathy took me in, honored my Primary Doctor's medical clearance (which is normal) and were willing to find me a Surgery date within the following three business days. Mila was so sweet walking me through the intake process and Kathy was so thorough in the post-op process. Kathy really took her time to ensure my results and educated me on maximizing results in the aftercare. She's a boss, I love her. And all of the ladies at the desk were warm, professional, and always smiling and making me feel valued. I love them all. RESULTS: Dr. Quintero's bedside manner was on point. He also listened to my concerns and marked my body according to each one. Lol he did not leave one line unmarked, so I could tell that he was listening. After surgery and through the swelling, after each lymphatic massage, my waist was the first thing I noticed was completely snatched. SNATCHED, okay?? And I noticed that the bra fat was completely gone and the back rolls a thing of the past. I don't think anyone understands that these two issues plagued me my entire life (even when I was skinny) and are now just a memory, thanks to Perfection. I attempted to address these two same issues in 2010 and obviously had horrible results, which brought me back to fix the same concerns at this office now in 2023. I also got my arms done and thought it's too soon from the swelling to see immediate results, I can see subtle differences that give me peace of mind for now. I will update. I got one more thing done that I don't want to disclose openly, but you can message me and I'll be able to answer. I am happy about the results of that, as well, even through the swelling. There's so much to write here unfortunately. To tell the whole story will take a while. At first I…read morewas reasonably happy but they did always push their promotions a little too much. At some point I guess they started feeling way too comfortable trying to milk me because they started getting unreasonable. They had already sold me literally more than any sane person could need of their limited array of services when they tried to sell me their newest (most expensive of course) machine treatment the next day I came in. At that point I had already started feeling uncomfortable going there cause they were so pushy and every tone there was a new promotion that I 'really needed to take advantage of cause it wasn't going to last long" mind you they have quite a limited array of potions so at that point I had bought more than enough of every treatment that I could possibly need to last me for years to come. Which leads me to the issue at hand: they were trying to sell me 2 therma treatment for close to 3k and the machine wasn't even there yet for me to be able to start treatments. Since I still had a 6 pack of clear and brilliant and didn't really want to use that anymore because I felt like it wasn't really doing anything, I asked if I could exchange some of the value of that package towards the x therma. Mind you I really had no true idea what that 6 pack of c&b could be worth because every time I had stepped foot into that place I had bought one or another package for something that I couldn't even keep track of at that point. They tell you rheir "amazing deal" that won't last long and then send you a link to your phone to click and pay and after that no receipts are ever Given. Long story short me and the lady went back and forth about the price and package several times because it didn't make sense and didn't sound like a good deal. What she offered me when she finally said she could exchange the c&b wasn't a good deal. Which is when I told her to just keep the c&b in my account and I'll just buy the 2 c therma. She also told me that day that a package couldnnt be traded and definitely no parts of the package could be traded. Pay attention to this part for later. And then she sold me some extra membership which was supposed to give me $200 off on my birthday month plus a microbeedlibg treatment free in my birthday month .after that they kept calling a few times to harass me for more packages but I think at that point they had gotten the hint that I was over it. I am pretty sure I was one of the biggest marks but it was the last straw. Now I just called 2 days ago after not having been there for months because scheduling now strangely had become a mission after I bought tons of packages and wasn't going to buy more. And asked how many sessions of each of the multiple treatments I had left. So the lady tells me I have 2 c&b left. I said how is that possible if I had a whole pack. And she said I traded 4 of the 6 c&b for part of the xtherma None of this makes sense. I explained this entire situation to her and all she kept saying was that she saw on the receipt ( which I never got because as soon as you pay via the payment link it conveniently expires and no receipt is send) I wasn't offered any explanation or the opportunity to speak to someone after trying to explain this entire situation to her multiple times.
