Went in yesterday to have my eyebrows microbladed. I was so excited to find KC Brow Master online, their reviews speak for themselves. The last time I had them done was in Colombia years ago and was very worried I wouldn't be able to find someone to fix me up again. After following KC Brow Master on Instagram for sometime I know this was the place I wanted to do my eyebrows. Kathy was super sweet and professional. I was a bit scared coming here after reading my fellow yelpers reviews but I had already bought the group on so I kind of had no choice. I have been dying to get my eyebrows microbladed for some time. I have thin eyebrows with lots of holes where I should have hair. It is the curse of not having thin barely there hair all over my body. Its good and bad but for eyebrows. It was quite a drive for me from Miami but it was worth it. I was immediately greeted by the front and the beautician (Kathy) in the front. She immediately put on the numbing cream to my eyebrows. I was a bit confused about the process since I Had never had them done and it was really explained to me initially. So I sat down waiting not knowing what was going on for about 30 minutes. I figured later it was because she has to wait for the numbing cream to take effect. Afterwards she explained the whole process for me. She even placed the color she was going to use on my skin to see if it was too dark. She explained to me that it would lighten. I am happy with the results and the shape. I have to return to get a touch up. My eyebrows seem dark and alarming. I am not sure if its because I am not used to it or its because it is too dark. However I still have to wait for them to lighten so I am giving it some time. I will wait a month to see what they look like. Kathy was great, very polite, and quick. I had no issues as previously stated by other yelpers. Someone even mentioned that the reviews come from workers and friends? I can assure you guys I know no one here and definitely do not work here. I will keep you posted on my return visit and see how my experience is then. With the group on and follow up I believe I paid about $150-$175 for the session. If you look online this is SUPER cheap compared to other places. I would of never gotten it if I would have to pay $300-$800. read more

Stay away from Kathy her customer service skills are awful if you look on Google it is often mentioned how horribly she treated her customers and you can even read her rude replies to people's concern. Groupon prices are misleading. The extractions and facial left my face burning for weeks and her response and arguing were just horrendous. I would say if you go there and something goes wrong don't count on her correcting her mistakes but instead she will blame you - the customer. I came in and had to wait 20 min for no reason and how they spoke around customers was so unprofessional . read more

I travel further for someone I trust Bc she has always done AMAZING work and is super friendly, precise, and cares you are doing ok. In fact, within three days of getting the micro blading, I literally had six friends call up and make appointments with her. I did not actually buy the Groupon. I took a photo of it and paid her the same price I would have paid them do that it all goes to her. **bugs of some sort** This was my third visit to the spa. I found them on Groupon. First two were ok. Friendly staff, no frills spa. Worth the Groupon. Visit #3 - I called out for the technician mid-treatment stating that there was what I thought to be lice in the place. Very tiny bugs. No idea what they were. The owner comes in an explains that the bugs weren't lice. Ok, could be...I have no idea, but there were bugs of some sort. A spa should be clean and relaxing. This incident made me tense. I just wanted to leave and shower. Gross. Just gross. Pure yuck. The owner came in and explained that the bugs were not lice but came from outdoors. #genius I had purchased a package and it was also my impression that this third visit was paid for. They sent me a text stating that I owed them for the visit. At this point i don't know, and really didn't care. Paid them over the phone as I did not want to go back into that place to review. I came to this place a bit anxious because I don't wax or pluck my eyebrows so that area is very sensitive for me. But let me tell you this spa is not what I expected. I got my eyebrows microbladed by Lou! She is very friendly, calmed my nerves, walked me through the process and stopped every so often to ask if I needed more anesthesia and update me on my progress. The 2nd time i've been here and they try to tell you that one session of something equals 4 sessions so you can spend more money on extra sessions instead of being decent people and giving you what you paid for. Dont recommend. Been coming here for a year and a half to do microbladin on my eyebrows. My last visit left me very unhappy. Charging 100$ for a touch up that just scared my brows, leaving them uneaven, with spots of grey and spots were there is no color at all. Very dissapointed and will be looking for a new place. Kathy was doing my brows. I asked her why she isnt turning on the light while doing my brows- the answer was that it is bothering her eyes. Ok. When it was done i pointed out the spots where it wasnt even. She went ahead and cut it again in those places. When i asked isnt she going to put color again- she said its fine. And it wasnt. I sent pictures and called a few times ten to two weeks after. They said i can come in for a free touch up. Ok. I did come in only for them to tell me oh yes, not enough time has passed- come back in another two weeks. What a waste of my time and how disrespectful. And then- they canceled that appointment too because Kathy left and i had to reschedule again. Needless to say i dont trust them to touch my brows again. I bought a voucher from Groupon and booked an appointment. I was curious about the place so I started reading the reviews and I was a bit skeptical due to the bad reviews that this place has gotten. However, once I arrived, they were very professional. It was my first time so I had to fill out a form. They asked me if I wanted anything to drink. After about 10-15 minutes, I started my sessions. I did 4 and each lasted about 45 minutes. It was a bit uncomfortable at first but I got used to it. The only thing I recommend is that they put some sort of entertainment for the guests to be able to pass the time. Overall, my experience was great. I would definitely go back. read more

WORST FOOT MASSAGE OF MY LIFE. So I bought a Groupon for a half hour reflexology massage. The lady who performed the massage did not know what she was doing. I could barely feel anything.... this was not a massage. She lightly touched different parts of my foot, but did not use an ounce of pressure or any massaging motions. I was so frustrated. And to make things worse, she did not speak English. I couldn't even express to her what I wanted from the foot massage. It was my day off from work, and I wanted a little bit of relaxation. Instead, I left more stressed than when I arrived. I will be complaining to Groupon about this service, and I am upset that I even paid for this service. Ugh. This place left a bad taste in my mouth and all I wanted was a nice relaxing little foot massage!!!! read more

I MARTHA G , purchased a Groupon voucher for 6 " fat freezing " ( a non surgical technique for target reduction ). I went August 11 for my first treatment in my legs, the treatment last 30 minutes each leg. After the treatment I discovered that my legs had 2nd burns degree , with blisters , I run to the Hospital , I have pictures of my legs , It has been more then 4 months and the owner of the Spa RUTH m, dosent respond for my medical expenses. Even more disturbing are the scars and the injuries during the rest of my life. IF I COULD GIVE THEM 0 ZERO STARS , they should not even promote theirs business with out a License , she is not a nice Person. The good reviews are not true, they came from her friends and Family. This place is like Macdonalds Drive Thru. Bought a groupon for Fat Freezing. TOTAL SKAM. I've done it before so I can compare. The machine has 2 heads (for left & right side of body) they count that as 2 sessions. Although the 2 heads are simultaneously working. Why would anyone freeze the fat off one side of the body. The application time should be 50 mins. They stopped it @ about 30 mins in to the procedure. To top it all off , they reused the mebrane that numbs the specific part of the body & avoids burns (3x). HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE/ SAVE YOUR $$. NOT WORTH IT read more
