Even when I questioned the Co- Pay Amount. She offered the call and confirm that it was correct. Most places would get ugly with you about it. I have actually had them do it before. I didnt have a very long wait. They called me about 5 minutes past my actual appointment time. The nurse that did my Cat Scan with contrast, walked me through every step of the process. She also had a very good bedside manner. I was in and out with no problems. She even asked if I had anything else of concern. Even thought it was a specific test requested my a doctor. The Negative: Very unhappy with how this office communicates. I called to make the earliest appointment and was told to come in at 7:15, with a full bladder, for a 7:30 appointment. I was the third patient in and currently still waiting for my test 40 minutes after my appnt time. When my spouse went to check we were told my appnt is actually at 8am and the ultrasounds were not started till 8. This was opposite of what I was told on the phone. Be prepared to sit awhile with a full bladder.

It is now Friday and the medication is still not called in. My insurance won't cover the PT. I have called the office daily with no response or assistance. I have a rectocele and a cystocele that is painful and causing issues going to the bathroom. I asked about ways to help me be able to go and other questions. He just kept saying the PT will help and never answered my question of what to do about not being able to go to the bathroom.
