My doctor is Dr. Sonone and he has definitely provided me excellent care and follow up after visits. The nurses are all wonderful and I have gotten to spend plenty of time with them. Catherine (RN) has done several infusions and does excellent work. Lauren is Dr. Sonone's RN and she has been great to work with as we have dealt with insurance and prescription issues successfully. I will say that everyone from the front desk, lab, support staff and my medical team are wonderful and they have all earned my trust and dedication. No easy feat and they have my respect. read more

The receptionists are friendly and helpful, providing both online check in and paperwork or traditional pen and paper for those who aren't as tech savvy. The doctors are caring and attentive, listening to your concerns and accommodating to what's most beneficial for you long term. I just started seeing Dr Rahul Sonone at the Neurology Clinic located on 8000 Centerview Parkway Suite 500 due to being unhappy with Semmes Murphy Clinic. Dr Sonone is extremely knowledgeable, patient, professional and extremely supportive. He truly listens to you and he spends quality time talking to you with in great detail. I have been having horrific migraines for 2 years and he's the first Dr who truly listened to and helped me with my diagnosis. If you are looking for a Neurologist who truly cares and listens to his patients then I highly recommend this exceptional caring physician....The entire office staff was amazing and very helpful. It started out good, I was seeing Dr. Henderson and his Nurse Kayla at the Neurology Clinic. Dr. Henderson diagnosed me Neuropathy and Seizures, he got me on the right medications. Dr. Henderson started sending me to a Dr. Weaver at Semmes Murphy. They were sending me back and fourth but couldn't give me any reasons why. As time went on every appointment got very expensive and they could never give me an answer why I was sent to doctor Weaver. Looking back now I was latterly just giving him money for nothing. Then things took a turn for the worst for me. I had a full blown seizure and was rushed to the hospital. Over the next two years I was in and out of the hospital unable to make payments to Dr. Henderson and unable to make 3 appointments that were scheduled. I was unable to drive and could not get to those appointments. As a result Dr. Henderson and the Neurology clinec relised me and not one docter will see me. After getting the care I needed in the hospital I have made payments explained why I misssed the appointments but they did not care. Again I missed THREE! During that time I missed several other appointments with other doctors and they have been nothing but understanding and have continued to see me. I have never in my life none any Doctor or doctors office to turn a patience away because they missed three appointments. I know that there time is valuable but so is me life and the well being of others. I would still like to know why I was sent to Dr. Weaver only to pay money and never any answers. By far the worst Doctor worst Doctors office I have ever dealt with. I have requested medical records so I can see another Neurologist but have not heard from anyone. read more

I greeted upon arrival. I had come for a nerve conduction study and EMG. Jeremy was the technician who performed my test. He was kind, asking frequently if I was comfortable and allowed me to change my position when my hip started hurting. Old age pain. Dr. Pendley was awesome sweet kind and comforting. Great clinic that is neat and clean. The staff checking in people but the atmosphere was so quiet and calm. read more

DO NOT GO THERE IF YOU ACTUALLY WANT CARE!! Receptionists cannot properly take messages. Nurses do not make call backs. Eventually someone unimportant who knows nothing about medical terms will call and give you a message that makes no sense and doesn't answer your questions. They don't do follow up testing to confirm scary diagnosis before telling you that you have it like it doesn't matter. They seem to really like acting as a middle man for other specialists rather than referring you out so you can be seen by someone qualified to treat your issue. read more

Please DO NOT put any faith in Dr.Cara Pendley. She is not qualified for complex causes and will not refer you to a competent doctor. She tried to misdiagnose me twice, refuses to do paperwork or referrals, and only wants to schedule virtual visits. She refused to help find a physical therapist. She put me on medication that I did not need. She cowardly let me go as a patient without telling me. My health has been declining since she put me on her recommended treatment plan. Her answer to everything has been to go to the emergency room. So disappointed in her. She took an oath to do no harm, and she broke that oath. read more

Dr Barbara Cape O'Brien was of no service to me at all. The medicine she prescribed me only made my foot numbness worst, a lot worse. To a point that I'm almost afraid to drive. This woman messed me up. I can't go beyond 20 miles when I'm driving because of foot numbness. I was actually doing just fine until I started going to her. She made my situation much worse therefore I dont plan to visit her again. I'm now going to an Ortho doctor. Hopefully this doctor can help me get back on the road to recovery. I cannot refer Dr Barbara Cape Obrien under any circumstances to anyone. Avoid her, period. read more

Dr. Barbara Cape is an excellent neurologist, and takes great care of both me and my son. She is one of the good ones who listens and actually cares. It is rare to find a doctor who is current, caring and compassionately follows their patient through all the ups and downs. She never rushes our visits and always looks for ways to improve my quality of life, like I said, she is most definitely one of the good ones. The office staff is also very friendly, always remind me of appointments and stay current with technology. The clinic is a well run, well appointed place. Our appointment was scheduled at 3 pm. We arrived by 2:30 to have time to fill out paper work and in hopes to be called early. It's now 5:30 and we've yet to have an MRI. So if you're very patient and willing to wait 2+ hrs to have an MRI this is the place to go. They also let two other patients go in front of us because they were on "time". It takes an extremely long time to receive a return call back from the nurse(s) when you call with questions pertaining to your test results. I have left more than one message with the nurse (when I was actually able to reach her by calling) concerning symptoms I was having and I asked for her to discuss them with the doctor. Was that done? I wouldn't know because I never received a call back pertaining to those symptoms. Now here I am 5 days after a test that was ordered and I have had to leave another message for the nurse to call me back so that I can hopefully get my final test results before the weekend. Two days ago I had to wait 5-6 hours for a return call and am anticipating that I will have to wait that long again today. I have worked in healthcare myself for over 18 years and I have never encountered such a lack of a sense of urgency when it comes to helping patients. I fully understand that there are many many patients that require care throughout the day, however, the patients that call in with questions or concerns should not be put on the backburner or made to feel as if their calls/questions/concerns are not as important or as relevant as the patients who are actually in the office in person on any given day.
