They did do the scan, handed me a business card and told me to call them if I received a bill and they would cover since it was their error. I asked for written verification of this and the receptionist wrote a note on the business card. 48 hours and neither I nor my Dr have the results. Every other imaging center, the results are generally available within a few hours.

Well suffice to say today is no different and they are in a different rabbit hole, once again did not have the appointment scheduled in their system. Somebody needs to be trained or terminated. Certainly, this family medical center is now terminated - btw - the customer service is bland at best.
