I went to the Impeccable Pig after browsing beforehand online. I was looking for something fun and springy to wear to an event. After I looked online, I decided that the impeccable pig would be just the place to find what I needed. Upon walking into the store, I was pleased to find so many colorful pieces and FASHION items. So often boutiques and retailers have mostly basics and some fashion items, so I was happy to see fun, trendy items. The staffed helped me into a fitting room, and they could not have been more friendly. I felt like I was shopping with friends even though I was there with my fiancé. The Impeccable Pig is a family-owned and operated business based out of Dallas. The store itself was opened in '02 by two sisters as a home decor shop; however, it turned into an apparel shop when a daughter joined in on the partnership. They have cute dresses, tops, bottoms, outerwear, as well as candles and accessories. The prices are boutique-ish prices, but there is a sales rack in the back which is a solid 50% off. The staff members were a little stiff, but lets you peruse the store at your own leisure. My first Impeccable Pig experience and it was a doozy. We were shopping along this road and noticed the Impeccable Pig was NOT a restaurant like we thought so we ventured in to see if there were any good deals. Parking is available at the private retail lot behind this row of shops and restaurants. Note that you will need to patronize one of these stores in order to park here. We had no trouble, though. Most items were slightly pricier than what I would spend on casual clothes, but I expect as much from boutiques such as this. There was a nice sale rack at the entrance of the shop, from which I scored a cute black skirt for $25. Not a bad deal, in my book, for the quality. Fitting rooms are behind these dingy white duvet cover looking sheets. They didn't close very easily and I was always self conscious of someone being able to look inside. I'm glad there are other locations in the southeast (aka, in Buckhead, Atlanta) that I can visit when I'm not in Nashville. The Impeccable Pig can have some great deals if you search hard enough. read more

Adorable shop. On our way out of town we stopped in the area for some quick shopping. The funny thing is that there is a location back home and I still haven't been. Yet my first visit is to this location, out of town for me. Anyways, the salesgirl was super friendly as we chatted about the business as well as the many celebrity sightings in their store. She was very patient as my friends and I decided on necklaces we each wanted to purchase and even checked inventory for a particular color that wasn't out on display. Not only do they have adorable jewelry but also other fashion forward accessories and clothing as well. Price points are middle of the line but fairly affordable for a women's boutique ....but remember you're in a boutique, not Forever 21! A cute, trendy clothing store, conveniently located in Hillsboro Village. Lots of current clothing at pretty affordable prices. Be aware that this is all their own brand--nothing too fancy. But a great place to go week out a top or dress for a night out in Nashville. Parking can be difficult since it's Hillsboro Village, but the staff has always been helpful for me. read more

I ordered something online during Tennessee's Sales Tax Holiday Weekend. I was charged TN Sales tax on my order (the receipt literally said Sales Tax - TN). I reached out to the company via email about this error, as all of the items I bought were qualifying purchases under the TN DOR Sales Tax Holiday rules. I pointed this out to the company, I had a response in under 10 minutes, refunding my sales tax paid and apologizing for the error. I know this doesn't directly relate to this location, but I live in Nashville, so this would be my "home location". I am very impressed with their online customer service and the quick response. I will be ordering from them again and am excited for my package! read more

This store is so cramped you literally cannot move to actually look and shop the clothes. Very preppy style and on the more expensive side.

Poor customer service and a terrible return and exchange policy. I received several items of clothing from the Impeccable Pig's Nashville location for my birthday of which three items were very cute, but did not fit. Wanting to exchange for something that fit, I went back to the store only to be told they have a seven day exchange and return policy. My gifts were purchased 10 days before my birthday. Even if I had returned them the day I got them instead of 6 days later, It would have been too late to return. This is about $200 dollars worth of clothes that I cannot use cause they are the wrong size. Most people purchase gifts days if not weeks before they are given. This policy makes their store a very bad place to purchase gifts. I wish they had a better policy and better customer service because it has some great stuff and I would have been customer. read more

The customer service here is HORRIBLE. I purchased a top that fit perfectly, but after an hour of wearing it to a meeting it ripped just from normal fabric pulling. I emailed customer service multiple times and did not receive a reply. I then called customer service during business hours, had to leave a voicemail, and still no reply. I would have understood if there was nothing they could do, but to not respond to emails is a TERRIBLE business practice. I will never be shopping here again! read more
