Customer service later said a popcorn/drink credit would be added to my rewards account, but it never appeared, and follow-up emails went unanswered. Now; I have to admit that this is the second time I have been here and I am still at bit baffled that we have to serve our own popcorn here. I mean it's cool and all, but possibly having people's serve their popcorn with dirty hands and then everyone else has to use those machines and touch the dirty buttons which will then touch your popcorn that will eventually be eaten is just not very hygienic.
