I was greeted immediately even though they had several clients in already getting tattoos. They have a sitting area for people to wait their turn or for their emotional support PERSON to wait. I generally take my daughter cause she calms me and is my emotional support PERSON. I was seen by Renee to take care of my business. Renee is so professional and pleasant. She calmed me, engaged me in conversation, and made me laugh. I love her personality. The owner, Freddie, was there and he is such a charmer.
