"I don't know why you're shaking your finger, that doesn't show anything" when my GF tried to see if a certain size would fall off her finger. He later told me how the size would depend on the ring's "shank". I had never heard the term and asked him what that meant. He literally laughed, waved me off, and walked away. I asked the woman afterward if he is always that rude to people who ask questions. Her answer? "Yeah, that's my dad, he just had knee surgery". And that was that. Seriously? He just had knee surgery so he's a rude and pretentious jerk to customers asking questions? Give me a break. There are plenty of knowledgeable and friendly jewelers in the area and I look forward to bringing them my business.
