On 2/7 I received a text from Dr. Campano's office that they will be having a sale on Valentine's Day and to click link for the products. I click the link and the K Tox that I was told would not be on sale not just on the day of beauty but anytime soon was low and behold would be on sale 2/14 for $9 a unit. This was very disappointing because after coming to this office for a few years now this could have been mentioned to me. They should be more specific about treatments a customer asks and give them what they would like to have done without just making a quick sale. I will no longer recommend this place for anyone wanting any kind of treatment. Very disappointed! The preventative Dysport helped smooth my forehead and masseter tox helped with my TMJ and significantly slimmed my face. I plan to continue with future ViPeel chemical peels since Jeremy recommended improving my skin quality (I suffer from hormonal acne). No removing of the gloves, washing hands, and replacing gloves. (worried). The pedal is for their feet to start the machine or laser process!!!! Never have I seen the laser equipment wiped down before or after services rendered and I know there is jelly-goo on it from being on the body. This also goes for the glasses used to protect the eyes, I see smudges, and fingerprints from previous clients. I just wish that cleaning, sanitizing was as up to par, as the quality of location, services, prices, and office professionalism. Regrettably, the pharmacy did not receive the prescription, and despite multiple attempts to rectify the situation, it remains unresolved. Consequently, I am disappointed in the level of service provided and advise others to exercise caution when interacting with this office.

Always has good service. I moved to the Antelope Valley and had some issues with lumps all over my face. From what I believe to be a break in my skin from Juvéderm injections at a different place in Glendale and being exposed to a recalled pine-sol that contained bacteria, including Pseudomonas aeruginosa Which caused serious infections all over my face and neck at the injections sites and migrated throughout my face. I can't tell you how horrified I was and how this took a toll on me physically, mentally, and emotionally. I showed up hoping they could squeeze me in prior to my appointment but couldn't do it (I understand because showing up day of is a hard ask). Real issue was customer service. Didn't try to help, ask what the problem was or offer to call during cancelation. No support at all really. Ended up going to urgent care and figured I would treat my appointment with them as a follow up if there were still issues. They canceled the appointment a couple days before through text. I started getting automated calls which I hate. In the automated call it asks if you would rather have someone contact me directly and I said yes. Has been a couple weeks and nobody has called. I started receiving emails for appointments for someone else. Their email system does not allow you to respond to let them know. After two emails and receiving an invoice for Cecelia F. I decided to call and let them know they have my email listed under someone else. They started asking me a bunch of questions about me. I explained I was calling because they were sending me information about another patient and she kept saying she needed to collect my information first. I just provided the name of the person and told her I had to go. Hopefully I stop receiving personal patient I formation for Cecilia. Has to be some sort of privacy violation.

The wait time has never been longer than 20 minutes and the waiting room always only has 2-3 other families waiting room. I have only had one minor problem with the front desk. They called the day before my baby's appointment and told me that the appt was an hour later than what was initially scheduled, my husband caught the error and I was able to reschedule the appt for 30 minutes later.
