When I contact the agency concerning the double dipping by AllState, I was told that I needed to send it documentation, which I did on two occasions. After that I have basically been ignored except for the collection agency they turned it over to. Of course I sent them more documents, only to be told I need to make arrangements to pay the balance. I think the Mayhem AllState talks about in their commercials pertains to their customer service
