We booked our hotel on the Expedia website. The hotel images were presented well and organized accordingly. The hotel offers in room dining, free parking, coffee in the morning, a pool, and a gym . The gym is something important to my life and its twenty four hours. They have a pool if you need to have a lap to make your life easier and more comfortable. The check in was simple and easy. The area is so beautiful. We are here all the way from Vegas . You could drop a pin outside and hear it bounce . The staff were very helpful. As we were in town many types of people came and went; this is important because whatever your need the "Hilton," brand is something that you can count on . They are dog friendly and offer great areas to keep the dog occupied for their walk . Now that we have our room key and we are all checked in let's go and check it out . The room is pretty standard for hotels across the Hilton spectrum. The bathroom is clean and all stocked with fresh towels . The beds all made and everything is in its place . It's easy to control the television. We have tons of outlets to plug in our devices . There is a place to make the essence of life, coffee of course. All is in order let's unpack . The Manager is doing a very poor job at this Hotel and should be removed. I also reported it to the client I was visiting across the parking lot which does a lot of events at this hotel. They have indicated that they will remove this hotel from their preferred list. Overall in short summary a dirty filthy poorly maintained hotel managed by an incompetent person. Breakfast included (bacon, sausages, scramble eggs, cereal, fruits) Breakfast starts at 5am on weekdays but 7am on the weekends.

Staff stood right outside our door and conversed loudly for 20+ minutes as we rushed to get out of the room-- which we PAID for until 2pm!!!! Never made mention of the gangs of boys (10+ kids at a time) in soccer uniforms running at full speed & screaming through the halls unsupervised for at least an hour+. Would probably have been a better use of staffs' time to take care of that situation. Do not recommend!

They have what I assume is free parking, unless it was baked into the bill somewhere, which I didn't automatically expect. The location is pretty good, right at the end of Shrewsbury street and within a few minute walk of restaurants and Wormtown. The room was really big and had a kitchenette which was fucking adorable. The bathroom was lovely. The bed was comfortable. The view was pretty good too. I thought I heard footsteps at one point in the morning coming from the room above but I could have been dreaming. Nothing ear plugs didn't fix. I would definitely stay here again.

I actually really enjoyed this little area, there was a great shopping center that was just across the way with lots of options. The rooms were nice and had a little couch seating area and a fridge and microwave which is always nice for a long stay like my fiancé had. I also loved the downstairs area. I went and worked down there on my laptop one of the days in a comfy couch that had its own little tv to watch something too. I'm also a big person about AC in hotel rooms and this one did live up to my normal expectations because I like a cold room. If you are staying in this area definitely a great spot to stay.
