Around 9:30PM, I was delivering a package to a customer who lived here. As I was trying to enter the gate a black car stopped in front of me, Blocking me from entering. He then proceeded to get out and walk up to my car and ask me what I was doing there and proceeded to tell me that I didn't belong here. I told him I was delivering to a customer. He then asked me for the address but I told him I couldn't give him that information because I didn't know who he was and didn't want to give out the customers address if I didn't know who he was. He then proceeded to say he lived there and was apart of management. But I don't know that. Anybody can say they are management. I did not want to put the customer at risk. I told him that but he didn't believe me.. Shortly after he called the police. Police showed up and VERIFIED THAT I WAS DELIVERING TO A CUSTOMER IN THE COMPLEX!! But he doesn't stop there... I entered the complex and it was dark so I passed up the customers address, I started to back up and he proceeded to stare me down as I was looking for the customers address. He proceeded to tell me "THIS ISNT THE ADDRESS YOU GAVE THE POLICE." He continued to stare me down as I was delivering as well. I am a young 23 year old black woman just trying to make extra money and it was already dark. I felt violated, racially profiled, and creeped out!! ILL NEVER DELIVER THERE AGAIN!!

Their so-called "remediation" was conducted without containment, without clearance testing, and in violation of basic environmental safety standards. Despite repeated written requests for documentation, management and staff refused transparency, stonewalled all communication, and concealed information that residents have a legal right to. I have photo, video, and written evidence of how they operate -- and even a written admission that this is their "standard" process for all properties. This property has compromised resident health, ignored environmental protocols, and shown a complete disregard for liability and tenant safety. Future tenants should consider this a major red flag -- and corporate ownership should be aware that the negligence here has been well-documented and formally preserved. The amenities are amazing. The leasing staff is amazing. The management is amazing. It was awesome! But this is why they are the best. I have had a hell of a time over the past year. I'll be honest, I was in a bad place and I wasn't working. And to make a long story short, I was supposed to be out of here by yesterday. I finally found a good job and a place which is a four minute walk from where I'll be working, as I don't drive because I haven't disability. But I can't move until Monday. But the staff at Cambridge Square he's gonna let me stay until Monday, just so I won't be homeless, as I have no other place to go. Chloe is absolutely phenomenal. And although I haven't met Nick, I appreciate his humanity. For the first time in my life, I broke the law, by not being able to pay my rent. I'm a squatter! It's hard to say out loud. But they always treated me with dignity. And when you're down on your luck, like I was, that's the best gift you can get. If you want a great place to live, with nice apartments, great amenities and a great staff (and by the way, the maintenance team is awesome as well), you should check out Cambridge Square. Our agent, Jerrold was spectacular and was kind enough to let us tour the unit twice. My family and I were unsure at first, but Jerrold answered all of our questions and made us very excited to move in! The amenities have always been above and beyond, and the location and schools nearby are spectacular. For the price, you are getting a very spacious townhome with an ideal location for a family. If you're ok with that then you'll probably enjoy this place. I just think it's worth mentioning as it's way above inflation. Rent has increased $600+ over 5 years (and one of those years were low due to pool being out of service, else it would have been more). Also, depending on your layout, be aware that you may have that one room that doesn't get good AC/Heat airflow (hot in summer and cold in winter). They do hold community events which can be fun. However, you do pay for it with the 'community fee' that is charged, so there is that. I think cost is influenced by school zone. If you're not tied to that, there are other places in the city for the same price that are newer and have updated units. Ours is still old and outdated so the steep increases can be a little hard to swallow. Overall though I'd say it's still a decent place if those things are not deal breakers.

The water pressure was inconsistent and sometimes non existent in our unit, when we asked about this, they came to "fix" the problem but the problem never 'really' got resolved. There was also an ongoing sewer smell that came and went. It is nice to have community gates and we liked walking around on the grounds, but if they are going to raise the rent by $100/month, please put the money towards improving the quality of the apartments, not into the club house which is mostly for employees and which residents can't even use after hours. These are typical average rental units disguised by the fancy club house and model units to make them seem like they are luxury apartments.
