Three of the stumps were overturned trees from the storms that came through a couple of months ago. One of those stumps that was toppled was 6ft high. Kevin had to cut the tree trunk off the stump and pull the stump back over into the ground then grind it. There was also about 20ft of tree trunk that he cut into 18" sections and put in my neighbors wood pile. Kevin is a true profession and worked into the evening to finish the job. Besides the great reviews I saw online, he is a Marine. Being a Marine myself, I knew he would do a great job as that is what Marines do. I was not disappointed. I would hire Chomper's Stump Grinding again in a heartbeat.

About an hour after services performed in front of my home I notice my right passenger window shattered. (On the side that his crew was working) Called the owner. Miquel came out to inspect the next day. He was very defensive and basically said if i didn't see his crew cause it and they didnt admit it.(in which they didn't nor did they notify me that it'd happen) - They would not assume responsibility. He kept stating its "Never Happened Before". Yes, i understand "accidents" DO happen. I am certain it was intentional at all. He asked me if i actually saw it happen? No, but the next time they are near my property i will definitely be on the lookout. $200 to replace.

The problem was the sky light was not installed properly and caused leaks. The heat and sun has dried our caulk and cracks have formed. Caulking like we did before would be necessary when new leaks form. We wanted his thoughts and appreciate his honesty. He did not try to sell us something we did not need but explained the situation so we could understand. We look for contractors that are knowledgeable and honest and he rocks. She had to stop working and went to talk to the roofer that said he had an appointment with me at 5:30. I live by my calendar and I did NOT have an appointment. Some telemarketer gave RRG my address and they were waiting in my driveway while I was at work. The roofer had my phone number, but didn't even call me. I tell him on the phone to email, but he insists on coming back next week. His 1 and only text to me was "Don't waste your time." so I'm passing this on to all the other future customers... Don't waste your time. I have talked to many roofers, and he was second to worst with customer service. I went thru my doorbell cam recordings and found the guy. Why didn't he just call me?! You can see the phone in his hand, and he has my number... Edit: look at the company response. This is their customer service. Maybe they will learn from this experience, call/text the next customer about time of meeting, and treat the customer with respect. I serve my customers, and I respect their time and decisions.
