Very poor experience - I do not recommend. I've used this cleaning company monthly for almost three…read moreyears, and until recently I was a happy customer. That changed after a recent visit where a substitute crew member (not my regular cleaner) was sent to my home without notice, even after I emailed that morning to confirm my usual crew. I let the crew know I'd be leaving during the cleaning and asked them to leave through the back door (which is deadbolt only and impossible to lock from outside). Note: I've done many times before without issue. Instead, they locked both the back door and the front door, including the knob on my keyless entry front door, which should never be locked. I came home to find myself completely locked out during triple-digit heat. I waited 45 minutes for a locksmith and paid $120 out of pocket, and my front door was scratched during entry. While I was home, an expensive bottle of facial product was also broken during the visit. After a few email exchanges with the company where they did not seem to care about the customer experience, I asked for the issue to be escalated to management. I received a reply though it's unclear whether it actually came from someone in a management role. The company denied any responsibility for the locksmith cost and the broken facial product. Overall, there was no real customer service effort to make things right. I wanted to leave an honest review because three years of loyalty should count for something when something goes wrong. Be cautious when considering this company. if you're not going to be home, confirm exactly who is coming, and don't assume your usual crew will show up. Take pictures of anything out of the ordinary or broken since the company will not take the customers word.

Told me they could show up next day around 9am, okay great I will take it. 9:53 am - text them to make sure no issues at gate entrance. Company responds with, we'll be there at 11am. 10:52 am - text them again. Receive text they will arrive in 55 minutes. They arrive at 12:15 - 3.25 hours after agreed upon time. None of this was okay - I directly told the person when setting up this appointment I was making it work with my schedule by them arriving at 9am, 10 at the latest. I did not need next day cleaning but went with it since she was so adament about it. They did not communicate arrival times and I received updated arrival times only as responses to my texted inquiries. Arrival of cleaners: Male and female cleaners arrive, seem very very friendly. I walk them around space, ask them if they need me to move anything for them, and leave so I am not in the way. Cleaning completed: They text me 1.5 hours later to say they are almost finished. I arrive home and they say they are sorry but they broke one of my wine glasses. This was upsetting as wine glasses were a gift from my deceased mom. They offered to pay for replacement. While that was the right thing for them to do, it cannot be replaced. Scanning apartment before they left: cleaning looked okay. Within a couple days after the cleaning: appeared they did not move couches/ottoman to sweep/mop underneath. Large pieces of glass, from broken wine glass, were under furniture. Along with leaves, dust, etc. Top of fridge was covered in dust. The dining room, used as a home office, furniture was dusted but was never moved to clean walls and floors. This was my first time using a cleaning service and I am so disappointed by the experience.

I was able to provide Larissa with a copy of the checklist and she promptly responded with the items I would need to complete in advance which was fine because there are items I didn't expect the cleaners to do. Things like remove stains from garage floor. This isn't something that was needed since the stains were there when I moved in. The garage just needed a sweeping. When I got back to the home, they were on the garage floor scrubbing! I felt so bad and quickly stopped them as this wasn't part of the service. The team (Noelia, her husband, and Neubison) did an excellent job. The house smelled amazing and everything was spotless. They paid attention to the smallest detail. I would definitely use them again. Larissa was great and very communicative. I knew exactly what to expect. She worked with me on the quote and was able to bring it to a place where I could afford. Payment is done fully remote (including tip) through Zelle, Venmo, or PayPal. Larissa texted before and after the cleaning to ensure things were ready and then as expected.
