We then asked for a refund for all the food as the other 4 peoples meals hadn't arrived and we had to leave for our flights (we'd been there over an hour and half). The bar man said that he wasn't able to give a refund because the manager wasn't there, and then proceeded to use sexist slurs directed at one of the women in our group who was requesting the refund, which was despicable. It's clear the staff just do not care at all and another member of staff was on her phone while there was a long queue of people. Avoid at all costs as the staff are horrendous, the food (the small amount we got) was disgusting and it is incredibly overpriced. We eventually got a refund when we returned to our respective countries after having to go through the corporate channels with the company.
