I informed him that I would not be home at the time he chose for installation, he said that would be no problem. But the install date came and no gates . I waited thirty days past install date and was told another month the gates would be finished. Numerous excuses and delays. Finally he showed up to install the very large and heavy gates alone. Being it was late in the afternoon he dropped off the gates and said he would return the next day. We noticed on one of the gates it was a foot too short also numerous areas that had damage. We took photos and sent them along with our concerns to him. His response was very angry and unprofessional , that's all I have to say about it. He came to our home the next day and took the gates and never returned to finish the job . So i even tried reaching out to have the job completed and was told no not interested too busy.
