We recently moved into a home with a gate that had not been professionally installed and was constantly opening and closing on its own. I called Alltech and spoke to Suzi who was able to schedule a technician to come out a few days later. The technician (I don't remember his name) showed up at the time I was told he would be there and now our gate works just fine. He re-welded one of the arms that wasn't initially done correctly and made adjustments so that the gate wouldn't be susceptible to opening or not being able to close because of strong winds. It's been over a month since he came and since then we have had no issues with the functionality of our gate. Just take review as it is, obviously not receptive to honest feedback. Response from owner on previous review is nothing but an excuse and story. Contacting place of work after googling my name- is illegal, while letting my receptionist know that i need to contact them asap as I have an outstanding balance. Who knows how many people with my name they cold called in tucson to their place of business trying to collect a balance.... Like i told the owner, since they l "always do what's right", to admit they did wrong in this case. Instead they just keep writing the are the "BEST in the business" and "always do whats right". We had a faulty back iron gate and went to one of the "name" gate companies first who charged us more than twice the Amazon price for a battery (which did not solve the problem). Meanwhile we were getting estimates for a fairly serious renovation in our back yard and were selecting a primary contractor for that. So we called Alltech about the gate and since the backyard work involved metal work we asked them for a quote on that part. Suffice it to say their quote to build a couple of small ramadas was much better than the main contractor so we went for the gate. ramadas and a couple of other pieces of metal work (rails, utility cover) with Alltech. Alltech did great work on every part of the job - the gate, the ramadas, the railings and other metal work. The crew doing the work were cheerful and friendly (and hard working). I felt the need to write this review in light of the position I was in just a short while ago. First a little background for why we were looking for a new gate. We live in an extremely remote area in the foothills of the Dragoon Mountains east of Benson. To say that it is difficult finding excellent service is putting it mildly; it is definitely "hit or miss." My husband and I are handy having previously built our own house and refurbished several others, so we tend to try and do as much of our own work as we can just to avoid hiring "uncertain" labor as much as possible. Unfortunately this house came with a gate that was installed in such a manner that every time a heavy monsoon storm came through, the gate would open uphill into the driveway where mounds of gravel and dirt always piled up. It was simply a poor design. The final straw was when opening it caused a couple cross bars to break. It was obvious from several welds on the gate that it had happened before. One of my frustrations was trying to find a gate fabricator that someone could highly recommend - not just say that they had their gate built there. There are people here in the community that have gates, but no one was heaping praise on anyone. I am particular and tried to do some research but couldn't find any reviews. I finally just had to go with a gate company that I really liked a design found on their site. The company happened to be Alltech Gate Systems out of Tucson, AZ. I contacted Alltech with my needs, sent them some photos, and stated my issues with the site location. I got back two quotes following my request to reuse my old gate and one for the new design. Dennis O'Neill, my sales rep, worked with me and came out to measure to ensure that the gate would fit perfectly and work with the requirements we discussed. It turns out ordering a gate in winter is an excellent time to get one. I had my gate in just about a week's time! It normally takes closer to a month to get a gate, but winter is a slower time for manufacturing gates. I was lucky. :) They just installed it yesterday - 8 days after Dennis O'Neill came out to measure. Wow! And here is where I have to say that I am blown away! First, I got a call on Friday saying that my gate was complete and asking if I would be around on Monday. They set up a time to come in the morning. Monday morning, I received another call saying that they were on their way. The company's communication is excellent and so unlike many service appointments these days. Two gentlemen, Dustin and Charlie - very polite, friendly and professional - immediately went to work to install the gate. They installed it perfectly. Everything is level and beautifully painted. The existing stanchions were sanded and painted to match. They even serviced the gate arm where previous homeowners had opened it up which caused issues with my control board. It all looks brand new and very classy. And what a gorgeous gate! It has truly exceeded my expectations. I am so, so happy that I found them. So, I am here to say that I HIGHLY recommend Alltech Gate Systems. If I need anything done again, I will not hesitate to use them. read more

Our automatic driveway gate is beautiful, even more attractive than we'd hoped, and it works perfectly. Their gates will crush your pets, your children and your cars! Requested to speak directly to business owners after damages, never heard from them! A local family owned business that values customer service. I recently had my very old non-working double wide entry gates replaced. From the initial stages to the final product installation, they were prompt in showing up at the time they said they would, they kept me informed on their progress and were always very professional. I initially dealt with Bobby and Robin a few years ago. Then this past November I finally was able to replace my blacktop driveway with concrete, thus was ready to proceed with the gates. I had them install a double wide, custom designed gates. The fabrication of the gates delayed installation due to the custom design that had various cut outs in metal sheets. The gates design had various details that had to align up perfectly with each other. They were spot on. Alltech took great pride in their workmanship and it showed! The gates turned out beautiful! My gates are controlled by a Doorking system. I choose a system that allows me to control the programing from any computer anywhere I have an internet connection. Thus, if needed, I can issue temporary entry codes to individuals that need to enter my property. Dustyn and Charlie installed the gates and electronics. They were not only very professional, they were very kind and had a very high degree of patience to my constant never ending questions. My installation wasn't a typical installation due to the gates design and electronic features I was requesting for my particular property. I am very happy with their work and my system.
