It was not specialized to me, she repeated the same information that I heard at the lecture and only offered to give me actual advice for an additional counseling session which cost more money. This is in no way taking advantage of you, I do not know anything about the insurance plan or what they pay when I complete my testing. I do what is best for the patient. - Dear Melonie, this is not your hospital environment anymore, you decided to have your own practice and I will follow up on my reading on your ethics and business ethics. Your statement: Your insurance did pay their portion, and just so we are transparent, the deductible for you and your wife was $64.74 each and $150.15 for your children. This adds up to $431.78 that you paid, not $800 as you indicated in your review. - Dear Melonie, as you stated (your words) "... not know anything about the insurance plan or what they pay ...", still you are correct that BCBS paid you on the comprehensive test that someone at Audiology and Hearing Solutions invoiced to BCBS and, you are also correct that we got the subsequent deductible on the comprehensive test. Ultraclear laser and Lasercoring with Dr. Shanthala…read more I have been going to Dr. Shanthala for a number of years and less than two weeks ago I had facial treatment with the Ultraclear laser and Lasercoring. I am so thrilled with the results. I did not use any numbing pre-treatment and the recovery process was only a few days. I had to travel to three different conferences the following week after treatment and I was able to present without any issues. Dr. Shanthala is an incredible doctor, and I would get laser treatment with the Ultraclear laser and Lasercoring again. All the treatments Dr. Shanthala offers are amazing. Now, just over one and half weeks out from my initial visit, I couldn't be happier with the results. My skin looks great, and the treatment areas look youthful and natural.
