I've gotten a few hydrafacials here and they have been good- not really something you can mess up however. Went in recently to exchange some product I was not happy with (not even trying to get money back) and one woman was so rude and demeaning toward me. She was super snippy and did not bother wasting an extra breathe on me to explain their product offering. Could have been a much more enjoyable experience especially since the products are extremely expensive. I went to RN Esthetics for my first time after a very disappointing Botox and filler experience with a doctor leaving me looking no different and unhappy after spending thousands of dollars. I am new to injectables and my first time getting Botox and filler made me feel foolish and completely taken advantage of with the price I was quoted versus the price I paid. After letting months go by from my first time getting Botox, I was ready to try again and was urged to try RN Esthetics in Lynnfield. My appointment was with Carrie. I walked in and was warmly greeted to a beautiful and comfortable office. Carrie brought me into the room and began a conversation about my goals and previous experience. She made a thorough assessment and since I am 30 suggested that I go with the 'less is more' approach rather than pushing me into unnecessary units. She was kind and understanding - very easy to talk to. She even told me how many units she would use and showed me on a calculator the cost BEFORE she began. That made me feel comfortable in knowing what I was paying for. Their prices are extremely reasonable and I was thrilled to be paying hundreds less than I had been before. So I came in for the very first time for an appointment with Ali for a PRP Microneedleing treatment. I told her Ive had it done in the past about 4 months ago in August but I wanted to try somewhere new and closer to me. Ali took all my makeup off and we were talking the whole time, she put the band around my hair and put the numbing cream on my face and had me sit until my face was numb. After my face was completely numb she brought in a nurse to draw blood. So i asked if she could go in my hand instead of my arm, and Ali butted in and said " why? I feel like you are holding something back". Not that it was any of her business with me being a paying customer and all. So I openly explained I am in recovery and I have old scars on my arms so I would rather you take it from another spot. Right than and there she said "oh this isn't a good idea, we can't do this" and she started taking the hair band off of my head right than and there, so unprofessionally in a manner of aggressiveness, she even said "I don't want to waste anymore of my time" (whatever that meant). Given she didn't even allow me to question her judgement she also said "maybe you should come back when you look better". These comments were all made while the nurse who was going to draw my blood left the room. Suppossedly Ali worked at a hospital prior to doing what she is now, so she should be knowledgeable on the no-stigma regulations and recognition. Did she miss that whole huge part of her job when she left the hospital? or does her certification need to be looked into by the Board. Because thats where this is going next. She is disgusting with her derogatory and disturbing comments. I pay $600 a treatment for PRP Microneedleing and I also pay $1300 for my Botox and all the Filler i get in area's of my face once a month. I could have been a very good and consistent customer to this new business I found, but sorry to say Ali changed all of that for me. Than she had the nerve to try to push 4 different types of products o me after the whole mortifying situation and hurtful one she put me through. I bought what I wanted not what she wanted and I still spent $267.00 of my money that no one at this place deserves. I also forgot to mention this, oh this one was the best after the nurse walked out of the room after Ali gave her a directive of not to draw my blood Ali actually really said to me " we don't really like to work on people like you like this". Just another kick to the gut, no respect, no morals, no ethics, she is totally trash and i was so disrespectfully treated I cannot even put into words how i feel. I am appalled and I am telling everyone I know who gets injectables and treatments to NEVER go to this Salem location or to the Lynnfield location and I am going to explain exactly whybad for business ali, just a smart personal reference, do not book with her. she has her mind made up specifically on a persons past. if she had a problem with anything she wouldn't have been half way into my treatment with the numbing cream on and headband and washed off makeup. until i spoke up because she pulled it out of me " i feel like your holding something back" really?! is it your business if i was lady??????? im paying $$$$$$$$$$ nothing else should matter! Your right I wasn't at the Lynnfield location I was at the Salem one! But I am letting all your clients know how a potential client was treated during the day that their treatment was. And I would really speak to your nurse Ali about anything you have to say because nothing was a problem until I opened up to her at the very last second right before my blood was drawn. So I would work on that issue first starting with bettering your business personnel. This isn't an issue that should ever be held against anyone from their past, ever. DR. Russo trained her too? I am a client of his and have already spoken about this matter. You should be ashamed of yourself for even trying to make yourself sound good on here, you sound just as bad as Ali's actions were. read more

Had one syringe of juvederm ($650) and 30 units of botox. (375) the lady told me it was going to be $300, yet it came to 375. Mind you this was their "DISCOUNT" for Black Friday. She didn't tell me she was putting more in my face and that it would be more money. Mind you I am 23 years old and I don't even need botox I was just bored. I wouldn't let her get away with overcharging me so the lady at the front desk offered me a ridiculous hydra facial facial to make me feel better. I'm not even going to bother for my 'free facial." They couldn't just not charge me the extra $75? I don't understand... Sorry RN Esthetics but you will be missing out on a lot of my money. I will not return. And my juvederm for the lips disappeared after 2months, the lady even agreed with me who did my botox that I metabolized it fast, as she compared my pictures. Not happy.
