Gin a d tonic/ Hooch

We were visiting my bf's aunt and googled The Jawbone which was so close to our stay. The pics of both the food and drinks drew us in. We were delighted to get on the wait list and didn't end up with a wait. Everyone was so personable. The music was a fun mix of top hits in a swing/ jazz ensemble. We were very impressed by Cristian's top notch chef skills. I had the filet mignon plate and it was so tender. The potatoes and asparagus were also very yummy! My bf had a chef's special that was equally delicious. Naomi made us some unique and wonderfully prepared cocktails. I have to say they were all delicious but the Hooch was my favorite. The ambiance, combined with the amazing food and drinks is worth the money. We will definitely come back on our next trip to White Sulphur Springs!

Amazing service, food & vibe. Speakeasy feels, high quality food. I ordered the steak of the night, which was a locally sourced tenderloin served with asparagus & rosemary infused au gratin potatoes. It was delicious. Fun cocktail menu as well! Thank you for the great experience, Jawbone!

There's a steady flow of people in and out.. mostly women but a few couples. Nice areas for lounging with a group or just sitting and chatting quietly with a friend. We were going to just pop in for one drink but then our daughter's boyfriend joined us after work and we stuck around for trivia. Bartender was very skilled and everybody was friendly. It's off the beaten path but worth it and there's lots of things to do around that shopping center so you could spend a day

Spacious couches and lounge areas mixed with bar seating and smaller high top tables makes this a great spot for groups big or small. Can't imagine any circumstance where a party wouldn't feel welcome here or appreciate the layout. Service was great - all the bartenders dress "on brand" and able to make suggestions while ensuring our drinks stayed as full as we wanted them too (but also totally good with us just being low key) Pro tip: They allegedly have the best grilled cheese and tomato soup in Bozeman, so guess I'll have to go back for that. One downside? They need to change their name! I can NEVER remember it and neither can my friends. Makes it less memorable in a spot that would otherwise be high on the list!

Waitress was very friendly and attentive. And the place is decorated with brands, cowboy hats and all sorts of local artifacts. Will definitely be back.

It wasn't on Yelp and the owner said they didn't have a street address, just a post office box so I'm hoping Yelp can still give them notice. Located at the intersection of 541 and 239 in Utica, but with a Hobson address. The owner also took our order and cooked our meals. There is a nice big bar and tables to eat or socialize. At the time of our visit the most expensive burger was $15 and it's what I ordered. The Big Sky Burger. All their patties are fresh, never frozen, and 3/4 lb in weight. Not a typo. 3/4lb! Nice brioche bun. Cooked to order and done just right. Great flavor. Our party had 8 people and everyone ordered something different which gave us a good sample of the menu. Not a single complaint. Food was fabulous. The owner was friendly. There are t-shirts, of course, and some great history on the walls. Definitely worth stopping by!!

This isn't one of those stuffy, velvet-rope wine bars; it's genuinely "New York chic meets Montana," which is the only atmosphere I ever want to be in. The main reason this place is magic? The staff. We had a server who was less of a server and more of a wine wizard. I told them I liked things that were "a little sassy, maybe a bit moody," and they didn't even blink. Instead, they completely crafted the perfect flight of wine flights for us to sample. It was like a personalized, four-course journey for my tastebuds. Every single pour was a winner, and the knowledge they dropped on us was actually interesting and not at all intimidating. I learned more in 30 minutes than I did in a decade of frantically googling "what is terroir?" If you're looking for an amazing wine bar where you can relax, learn something new, and taste truly incredible stuff without feeling like you need a wine degree, this is it. Go for the ambiance, stay for the wine, and definitely let their knowledgeable service steer the ship. They won't steer you wrong. Highly Recommend: Just tell your server to surprise you. It's the best way to do it.
