Horrible business. I am so sad this year. We used the Jensen group because our Accountant passed away and these guys took over his accounts. They have been nothing but awful and it is all about the money for them. They said they would honor what my accountant charged and then when I filed with them they said or there is no way that is old school and we can't do that. They have ran my accountants name the one that has passed away through the dirt saying he was old school and would just do things for his customers where they just can't do that here. They didn't file my taxes correctly so I got a letter from the state asking me to pay and so I sent it to them asking if this is a scam. Didn't here back from them for two weeks so within that time I called the state and they told me it is because they didn't pay that when you filed like they should have. Then I get an invoice from the Jensen group for there time finding out what that letter is about??? Are you kidding me?? It took me two seconds to call the state and find out and they didn't even get back with me for two weeks and I already knew when they got back to me. Normally with my old accountant I would send it over and he would respond in minutes letting me know if it was real or a scam. Not once he would charge me for talking to him or reaching out. I am just shocked how these guys are in business. My mother in law had to pay a large amount as well so she paid it to the Jensen group and then got a letter from the IRS saying she owed that money, she called on it and the Jensen group said they where keeping it in a safe account for her to use for next year?!?! What the?!?! She needed to pay a bill. So luckily the IRS didn't charge her more and corrected it and apologized for the Jensen group. I could go on and on, on how they have treated us and everyone I know not once has anyone had a great experience. They are all about the money, even when I left the last time when I went to get my file from them they called me minutes later asking for payment cause they thought I wouldn't pay? What I was just there why didn't you ask them? It honestly is all about the money and not about the customer. I am so so disgusted and would never recommend or ever use them again. read more
