They dodged my calls and texts for days to avoid helping me resolve an issue that happened during my visit. It seems this establishment cares more about filling their pockets than ensuring their clients are truly cared for all the way through. I believe they have kept money that is not theirs and were unwilling to work with me on a resolution. I reserved online and invested $135 for a 1.5 hour massage. I came in and was provided 1 hour- $90 value. I was late and informed them of my tardiness and they said it was ok. The masseuse mentioned they would be able to provide the additional paid time the following day as they had additional appointments. I believed them and we scheduled a time . They proceeded to ignore all my communication after this. Eventually the owner emailed me after I replied to one of their many promotional emails. I was called to come in and we scheduled a time. I show up and they said they never scheduled me and no mention of a refund or any resolution or anything that happened was mentioned. I just gave up. I believe they may try their best, but knowingly keeping money that is not theirs (for services not provided) is not ok. It could have been resolved so easily. Where are your ethics & morals? I do not recommend coming in. There are many other massage establishments nearby with top level reviews that run their places with fairness and true care for people.
