Natural products for skin, bath time, and home at Windward Mall in Kaneohe... I have passed by this store many times and finally went in. I was just curious because the fragrances are delicate and the displays are so attractive! Thr store manager, Ceandrys, has such great customer relations skills! She drew me in by greeting me with "auntie"! She pointed out that if I check in on my Yelp app, I would get a free lip palm! Okay! Then, she encouraged me to try the lotions and smell the candles! She explained that all products are made with natural ingredients and showed me a label that included items such as coconut oil and Vitamin E. Wow... I was making a list in my head of my mainland friends who would probably enjoy local fragrances like pikake, pineapple, and hibiscus. I also remembered that I have a birthday party this weekend and I need a gift! I got a "shower mister" which is like a hanging bath bomb. Instead of dropping the tablet into the bath, it hangs from the shower head. Steam activates the bomb to create a fun environment! For myself, I got a pineapple car fragrance! I like fruity flavors and scents, so this was perfect for making my ride a bit more pleasant! They actually didn't have a pineapple one available, so Ceandrys put one together for me! Thank you! Wow I had the greatest shopping experience at the NEW RAW Body Essentials shop, located second floor in Windward Mall by Pretzelmaker, 8 and a half Desserts, Ninja Sushi, etc. Hard to miss with the lavish deocrations inside! The workers here are very kind and passionate about their cause. I didnt feel any pressure to buy something! I loved looking around at their candles, scrubs, lotion bars, bath bombs, and more because their scents are amazing! So many fresh ones Ive never smelt before, plus its not an overwhelming fragrance like other places. I bought a candle (as a birthday present). The worker said it has 100+ hours of burning time and the melted wax is also a body oil (ASK FOR A DEMO.). Im super happy with my purchase and the attitude this place has. They used to be a kiosk on the first floor, but because of booming sales they decided to take up a shop. The business is locally owned and everything is made in house. PROS Selection of products For such a small store, has a wide selection of soaps, bath bombs and candles. The different types of products (flavors and smells) are separated by different tiers in the store. The center of the store is themed and with Easter coming around, has egg and rabbit shaped gifts. Pricing is great for being all hand made. From time to time, the owner makes all of products behind the glass booth, which is pretty cool to see. I purchased a pineapple bath scrub which smelled pretty good (for my wife, I'm not much of a bath product subject expert) Customer Service The workers are very nice and take the time to interact with customers. The owner even steps away from making her products to greet us too. We actually got a free bathbomb coupon because we took a Easter photo with the rabbit downstairs. The staff treated us like regular customers even though we came in to get a freebie. They even let my daughter decorate the bathbomb with a touch of gold dust! Flexibility: The owner of RAW Body Essentials said she can customize any smell/flavor for the bath bombs. Just make a request and give her some time and she can do it. How cool is that? I had purchased a few things from RAW Body Essentials, but I was pleasantly surprised with the shampoo bar. This was my first shampoo bar ever so trying to get it to lather and use in my hair was not as easy the first time. The next time I used it, LOTS of lather. Also using the conditioner bar as was light and my hair felt more manageable. The whipped soap feels really nice on my skin. It didn't lather a lot, the fragrance wasn't strong and my skin felt moisturized. The whipped body butter goes a long way. You do not need a lot. I just put enough on my finger tips and it takes care of my feet and my legs. To also know that these products are made with natural ingredients, I don't have to worry about my daughters using them. The only suggestion I would have is probably having more scents available for the shampoo bars, ( like a coconut scent) then again I think you already have this scent, but it gets purchased so quickly! read more

The bubble baths smell AMAZING, the candles are great (also 3 in 1 so thats a big win) and my all time favorite product are the face masks, i have super sensitive skin and chain store masks always break me out or burn my face, i tried the lavender clay mask and im blown away.
