I love this tattoo shop. I used to make the trip from Phoenix to Jerome simply for their artists, especially Johnny. After he left, I didn't come in for a while, but I finally was up this way again and got this sick little tattoo from Adam! I was really impressed with how quick and painless this tattoo was, since the placement was almost in my elbow ditch. I can't possibly explain how awesome this place is. I never had a tattoo before--but a friend made an appointment. Got a killer one (second photo). Talked me into getting one myself. I'd always wanted a Space Invader, and Brandon was available--taking walk-ins--and loved the idea. I enjoyed it so much, I wanted a second. Everyone was enthusiastic. I looked up the artwork--and Brandon took the time to sketch it out EXACTLY as I'd imagined it. From a rough photo. I had to get it. And I LOVED it. The vibe, the music, the whole scene. It was as I'd always dreamt getting a tattoo could be--EVERY BIT as cool. Punk. It rained. Jerome is amazing. This is just a GEM Of a place. Go here and get something killer. These two--the Space Invader and Coily from Q'Bert--make me happy EVERY SINGLE DAY. Every time I look at my hands. They're fucking beautiful--and very me--and I can't thank Brendon enough for achieving my dream. AND his prices were so very fair, I left him big tips each time. Jason was great! He was patient, friendly, and did really good work! I'd have no complaints except that one of my tattoos is starting to flake off in some places, even though I followed the after-care instructions. (I hope they do touch-ups/repairs at no charge.) Girly and very petite me is probably the last person you would think would want a tattoo, let alone go near a tattoo shop. However, looks are deceiving and I've wanted one for the last six months. I've wanted a swallow bird to remember my best friend I lost to cancer. Before getting the bird, I really wanted to first get something small to make sure I could handle getting a tattoo in the first place. I am terrified of needles! My friend and I came up to Jerome from Scottsdale for a nice day trip. We started out at Haunted Hamburger and one of the friendly bar tenders had a nice tattoo. Curious, we asked her where she had her ink done. Of course it was at Jerome Tattoo Company and she recommended that we see an artist named Chip. We ventured in the shop and it was very clean, comfy and we were instantly greeted by Chip and he was already with another customer. He said to ask any questions if I had any. Finally, I decided to ask how much he would charge for what I was looking at. He gave me a price, introduced himself and I felt at ease. Particularly, because my first tattoo of choice I told him would be on my wrist, is small and all letters. He gave me his card and told me to call if I decided I wanted to come back. I called him probably an hour later and he got me in within 40 minutes. He even made sure the bathroom was clean before I ventured in there! For my first tattoo experience, this place and Chip exceeded all my expectations and I look forward to coming back. read more

Great little tattoo shop in the middle of nowhere in Jerome, AZ. My husband and I went to Jerome on a day trip when we were staying in Sedona AZ on the first leg of our honeymoon roadtrip. We were walking through the town when we came across this shop. Both of us are pretty heavily tattooed and when we saw Jerome Tattoo shop, we thought...why not?? Honeymoon tattoo!! Wouldnt it be sweet to get the coordinates of Jerome tattooed on us? But only of course if the shop looked clean and the artists were good. We walked in and were pleasantly surprised. The decor was very modern and welcoming and the artists were good. So we made our appointment for the next day with Chip. Chip was awesome. A super friendly guy that really took time to make sure that everything was exactly like we wanted it. He was very meticulous and had a really great attitude, which is something you do not find too often with tattoo artists. Plus, he even came in an hour early to accommodate our schedule! The tattoos came out great and it was a blast hanging out with Chip. I would highly recommend going there if you are a local looking for a good tat or a vacationer looking for something different! read more

And what better place for me and my boyfriend to get our conspiracy theory UFO tats than in Jerome, AZ with its eerie ambience and peculiar history. We were seen the day we called to schedule our appointments. Jason was so great; I'd ask him to do my next tattoo if I were in town. Very chill, easy to talk to, real and down to earth. He's lived in this area his whole life, a true local, and he's got stories to tell. He took the time to make sure the stencils of our images were precisely the size we wanted and rotated perfectly to our liking. He was timely but not rushed, yet allowed for breaks if we requested them. He ensured the lines and shading were all filled in down to the last pore. It also didn't hurt that he was down to talk conspiracy theories with us as well ;) We'd HIGHLY recommend Jason as it's obvious he's been doing this a long time and takes pride in his art.
