She loves school more than anything, to have your child beg to go to school, happy every morning is priceless. She grew to be a confident and kind girl and I am positive the school had an immense impact on this. I always felt heard, communication with leadership as well as teachers have been amazing. The performances always blow my mind and last years robotic show for first grade surpassed my expectations. Truly recommend.

Then, were so impressed with their handling of the pandemic in 2020 (we experienced no "covid learning loss"), it was an easy decision to stay on for the primary grades. And we have not been disappointed! We continue to have truly great teachers, that you can actually interact with every day at drop off and pickup and build relationships with them. I highly encourage anyone who is interested to schedule a tour or go to one of the open houses. Not only is it a charming environment, you will be amazed at how much more they manage to cover than just the basics. There is a focus on fine arts and performances, which are so great for confidence building. But they also get into robotics, go on cool field trips, and seem to have more fun events and activities than you might get in public school. The summer camp sessions are great, too! We'll be very sad to move on after 4th grade!

PART 1. This was absolutely the worst place to bring your…read morechildren to be cared for. There is no accountability for negligence. Mrs.Mendoza the Director is NEVER available nor on-site. Every time I have asked to speak to her in person or on the phone she was unavailable. My son 2 and my daughter 11 months attended daycare here and were asked to be picked up immediately or child services would be called for posting a true factual review on the neglect my 2 year old has endured here. I was told by Mrs.Erika per the Owners I had an hour to pick them up as they were being immediately unenrolled due to a review. Can you believe that? My child was the one neglected by the staff. Let me explain. My child has been bit multiple times here. I have advocated for my son. I have asked to have him moved up and it was like pulling teeth because Mrs.Mendoza wasn't there to make that decision. I pressed and I pressed and Mrs.Erika finally said she was making the temporary decision to have him moved up. He finally gets moved up and it gets worse. He is still coming home with scratches on his face on his neck but incident reports are made so that makes it ok for them. My question was how is my child getting hurt every week since starting there sometimes 2-3 times a week and there are 2 teacher in the classroom? I always get an excuse. MY FINAL DRAW! On Thursday 11/16/2023 I went to pick my son up per usual. He immediately ran to me and I picked him up and kissed him. Well when I went to reach in I noticed a huge bite make on the side of his forehead right next to his temple. I also noticed scratches on his eye lid, nose and cheeks. I asked the teacher if she had an incident report for me. She looked confused and said no. Why? I said look at my sons face. The teacher then said "I seen that and was hoping it wasn't from today because I wasn't given a report." So now you have neglected my child too. If you took over care for a child with a huge bite mark on his face.. wouldn't you think to ask if that occurred earlier in the day so you can give report to the parent? I then walk straight out to the front and ask the front desk Melissa and a new member if they have a report for me. They looked confused and stated no. I told them look at my sons face. They were shocked and apologized. I was told Mrs Erika would be in touch as soon as she got in the next morning Friday. Mrs Erika called me on Friday and tells me. It's a scratch on his face not a bite. I argue because you can clearly see teeth marks on my sons face. So then she proceeds to tell me that they reviewed the cameras and it looks like at 9:34 AM my son and another child were fighting behind a book shelf that was in a blind spot from camera view. But that my son got up and walked away from the book shelf rubbing his head and sat down next to the teacher. I said well how did 3 adults watch him and never notice he had A HUGE Bite mark on his face? No incident report. No phone call. Nothing. Had I not advocated for my child.. that footage would have never been reviewed. She said I understand. There's nothing more we can do but have a conference with the teachers about better ways to handle these situations and have them eliminated for the future. I asked to see the footage myself. I was told Mrs.Mendoza declined for me to see it. I asked to speak with her immediately. Again she was not available so I then said well she needs to call me. She is never available. Mrs Erika then stated she would have her conference me in.PART 2 Mrs.Mendoza called me and had a nasty condescending attitude. I told her I wanted to speak to her regarding all the bite incidents my son has endured. Particularly this one because I was never notified on the incident nor was there a report written out to document the incident for me to refer to. She then tells me well your son and another child were fighting behind a bookshelf. He got up and didn't cry and sat next to the teacher with a book rubbing his head. He didn't cry and that's why the teacher didn't catch it. Normal children would have cried. I said hold on. So my two year old didn't cry and so it's his fault he wasn't being watched or killed from behind a book shelf where he was fighting with another student and nobody noticed? But theirs two teacher in the room? She states I'm not sure what more I can tell you other than what Mrs Erika already told you. I then stated well I wanted to speak to the director to see what all steps would be taken to ensure me this will never happen again. Mrs.Mendoza then proceeds to tell me "Well the next steps are for you to unenroll them because I'm not telling you that." So you can unenroll them or I can. No apology. No remorse. My child has just been traumatized coming to this daycare. He has never been bitten in his whole life. I could not believe as a Director Mrs.Mendoza could not ensure a concerned parent that their child would not be left unsupervised and they would always be cared for. Instead. My child who i

Room 2 was such a special part of Akila's daycare journey. Both teachers created a warm, nurturing environment that helped her grow in confidence, independence, and curiosity. It was clear every day how much they genuinely cared for the children. Ms. Marcela formed an especially special bond with Akila. Even when I was holding her, Akila would often reach for Ms. Marcela, which speaks volumes about the love, trust, and comfort she felt in her care. In our home, we lovingly refer to Ms. Marcela as "Abuelita" because of the nurturing and grandmotherly presence she has been in Akila's life. Ms. Hind was equally wonderful, and together they made Room 2 feel like a second home. Their kindness, patience, and dedication have left a lasting impression on our family. While we are excited to see Akila continue to thrive in Room 3, we will always be grateful for the foundation Ms. Marcela and Ms. Hind helped build during such an important stage of her development. Thank you for having such exceptional teachers who make a meaningful difference in the lives of the children and families they serve.

Everyone here is very attentive, responsive, mindful & caring. There is a "nanny cam" in all the rooms that's viewable on campus, the teachers & staff do a great job of keeping constant attendance, check-ins and activity logs (sometimes photos) are shared with parents thru a special app, and there seem to be excellent protocols in place for the children's safety & well being. (The one thing I wish they had is video cameras accessible to parents off-site. That would put me even more at ease.) We really love how Ms. Heyley treats the kids in her classroom like her own. She has such a big heart for what she does, and it shows. She often gives us one-on-one progress updates, and she goes over & beyond just being a teacher. Our daughter has learned so much from being in Ms. Heyley's class - from improving social skills, life skills, fun lessons & crafts, to writing and vocabulary. The Director, Ms. TK, has always been so approachable & responsive too. They run a great school here.
