Initially I was happy with my visits but after a few months seems to have been change in doctors. Each one has their own way of doing adjustments. I've started to feel as my sessions were starting to not help and wanted to stop going. Of course it was my fault because I thought the reoccurring payment would only be charged if I was going but apparently that's not the case. I called to speak with Jason in hopes that they would be decent and refund the latest charge seeing that I didn't go for the previous 3 weeks and that I wasn't planning on going for the current month. Instead of trying to rectify my issue he persisted to tell me how that's my fault and that I should have notified them earlier. That there's nothing they can do. I think this is just bad business because I've expressed my dissatisfaction with my sessions and my desire to longer use them. Jason obviously only cares about the bottom line, not about the clients and their concerns. I suggest anyone thinking of going here to go find a private practice where they actually try to determine what is actually wrong before starting adjustments. My neck and shoulder wasn't hurting prior to coming only my back and now I have additional problems after letting these doctors do a generic adjustment that they basically do to anyone who comes in. I went to The Joint Buckhead location for the first (and last) time last Tuesday, the 10th. The doctor spent maybe 5 min. total with me and it was my first visit. I felt worse leaving than I did walking in! When I paid my $29 first visit fee the lady at the front desk ran my card and I instantly got a notification on my phone saying a charge had been processed. She then asked to see my card again, stating it did not go through. I hesitantly gave her my card again and she ran it again. I asked if she was sure because I got two notifications now stating charges had been processed. She assured me it only went through once and it's just their "system screws up a lot". Sure enough 2 days later I have 2 posted charges on my credit card! When I called to get one refunded they told me I needed to email a screen shot of my credit card statement showing proof I'd been charged twice. I did this and the manager called me back stating they would happily refund me all they needed was my CC information since it wasn't on file. I called back with that info. and now they're saying they cannot issue me a refund and do not see any charges on their end!? Told me I need to dispute it with my CC company. This company is a total sham and I would definitely NOT recommend this to anyone! Go to a real chiropractic office that takes time with their patients and more importantly doesn't scam you out of more money!!! read more

Be very carful they will not stop charging your credit card once you go. I had to report Fraud on my bank cards and AMEX. They will not return calls or Mail, I even went back in person. this has been going on for 9 months. read more

as another client mentioned in their review I have tried to cancel this service and have not utilized this service since October or November of 2014. I had a 30 min discussion with Malika as to why I should not cancel my account and just "freeze" it. I did freeze the account instead of cancelling it. When I came by in on the last date that she gave me which was Feb 02, 2015 to cancel I was told I could not cancel and that my account had already been charged. We went over the policy and the final date that I could come in for at least 15 mins. Evidentially the employees don't know the policy. I see others have had this same issue with cancelling. IS it that bad that the money is being made off "not cancelling" rather than the excellent service you are supposed to be giving. Today at 12:18 PM Stephanie, Your inquiry was forwarded to me by the corporate office. I have reviewed your file and am glad to respond to clarify any misunderstanding that you have. I have attached a copy of your membership agreement and your freeze form for your review. Your account was frozen for the 2 month period you requested from 12/2/14-2/1/15 and reactivated per the freeze form on 2/2/15 and charged that day. I understand from Melika that you are requesting to cancel your membership at this time. Per the membership agreement attached, cancellation requires a 30 day written notice. I understand that Melika gave you a cancel form to complete yesterday, but you refused to do so. Your agreement calls for an additional charge to be made on 3/2 during that notice period, but we will agree to waive that additional charge as long as you provide the cancel form. You may continue to use your membership between now and 3/1/15. I hope this clarifies the misunderstanding and we look forward to seeing you back at the Joint for the remainder of the month. I was told by Melika when I initially came in to cancel my services that I had until COB on the 2nd of Feb to come in and cancel. Now if her information was inaccurate then so be it. I did as I was requested. I came in to cancel on Monday the 2nd and yes I did refuse to sign the form at that time until I spoke with Melika because she was not in the office on Monday it was another person there. So again you have inaccurate information bc I did not speak with Melika on Monday. I stand by what I said which was what I was told and that was I could come in on the 2nd of Feb and still be able to cancel. If you want to extend this out then that's exactly what we will do. I have contacted necessary personnel to do so. And I also let them know that I received a call from Melika herself this morning and have saved the number and conversation in which she stated that she "would refund me my money and to come in to sign the cancellation form". I told her I would be there after work today. So you mean to tell me even if nothing else or lets just say none of the above happened in my defense that your employee can call me and tell me she will process my refund and that everything is "okay" and she is sorry about what happened on Monday with the other employee only to call back less than 2 hours later and say or no we changed our minds without an explanation except Jeff will send you an email. I've always been nervous to go to chiropractors because I've had chronic bad pain for years, but Dr. Brad changed my mind for sure. He is great! He's the only one I'll see but I've heard all dr's are great. I now go once a week to maintain feeling well and almost pain free! All of the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and it's super convenient as there is hardly ever a wait. read more
