My mother stumbled across Corrective Chiropractic after I'd gotten into a very serious accident. We just wanted to take precaution, but it actually turned out to be one of the greatest decisions I've ever made in my life. I had a little trouble finding the office on my first visit, but I called the front desk and Jess patiently guided me into the building. Upon entering, I was met with water and banana chips. Jess gave me a tour and then I met with Dr. Buck. I'll admit, I was shocked to see that my chiropractor was so young - or at least looked very young. But what he didn't have in age, he made up for in knowledge and making sure his patients felt comfortable. After my first examination, Dr. Buck explained everything to me using charts, graphs and pictures. He reassured me that I was a "normal" case and everything would be worked out just fine. When I first came in, I complained about not being able to wear a sports bra for more than an hour without having backaches. This was a major problem for me because I'm a martial artist. Some days I'd spend hours teaching and my back would suffer because of it. Fast-forward two months later and I feel amazing. My back is no longer bothering me, and posture has improved tremendously. Dr. Buck issued a re-exam and showed me the literal degrees in which my neck/spine had moved. The pressure on my shoulders had also dropped significantly. I couldn't believe my eyes. Now, I'm excited to begin jogging again, knowing that my hips have been adjusted too. I've enjoyed my time with the CC staff. Jess is the same warm, and friendly presence who makes it very easy to schedule and reschedule appointments. And Dr. Buck's attentiveness makes me feel truly taken care of. I don't think that I can put into words how excellent Dr. Buck's practice is, as well as, his staff, but I will try. I research the best chiropractic service in Atlanta because I was in a position that if my conditions didn't get better, I could lose my position at my job. And after reading several reviews and doing research, I chose Corrective Chiropractic. I was scheduled to report to the Buckhead office on my first visit, but went to the Decatur office by mistake. And what a great mistake it was. Jessica was so polite and understanding that she told me not to leave and that Dr. Buck would work me in for the day. Can I say that I have been more than satisfied since then. I was seen within 15 minutes and was assessed and evaluated within an hour. I have literally seen more improvement in my conditions within one month with Dr. Buck than I have in the last 5 years. And I have tried everything from chiropractors, to acupuncture, physical therapy, and have even had 2 surgeries. I can say that some of the differences that I have noticed with Dr. Buck's practice is that he uses more up to date equipment, he actually explains in lament terms about your conditions and how he can help, and his approach to your wellness is specifically designed individually based on your conditions and not an overall approach based on this or that has worked for most people approach. Working with Dr. Joshua Buck (Josh) has been a friendly experience. Once Josh gets to know your body, he can recommend stretches and exercises to do at home. The in-office visits, however, seem to reset all spinal and pelvic areas that might be out of alignment. The result for me has been an almost total cessation of lower back pain. Dr. Gilligan was very thorough with her exam and analysis and treatment. She answered all my questions and gave me extensive information about what is going on with me.
