My lower back is really pain,and I thought they could fix it . Chiropractor supposed be fix pain and will be make sure patient is ok but they said I'm not fixing your pain. In my first day they suggested me 89$ for 4 times to see the doctor also $209 for 6 visit ,but in my mind why I would see 4 times or 6 or 8 times? Once I have no problem with my back,I would not go back again,this is how business works,they only ask money. The worst part is I have never neck problem,the doctor Ryan cracked my neck and I have so much pain right now. I told him That next day,please don't touch my neck. it's saturday at 1:50 pm and the doors are locked with a sign that says "we'll be open in 15 minutes" even though i see people inside. this office is the worst. doctors suck and spend about 32 seconds with you and that's it. It depends on who the DC is. Some at this location take their time and others just run you through as fast as they can. Tonight I went and felt like I was a burden to the Doc. Asked 2 questions and just started manipulations. Didn't really address my problem which was my neck and mid back. Tried once and was like your good. Nothing moved. I said my thoracic really feels like it's pinching. He was put your hand on your neck and lifted me up. I've went to chiropractors for years and know what I should feel. I was a member here for a few months. I was then got injured from a car accident and then COVID hit so I cancelled my membership. After the cancellation, they continued to charge me a monthly fee. I asked them to stop charging me. I disputed the charge with my credit card for several months after. Finally I ended up cancelled my credit card and reported the charge as fraud. Today, I received a letter in the mail from them saying that my account is past-due. I am beyond upset! Their chiropractic service was okay. It's a hit or miss depending who you have working on you. People figure out who they like most and come in when that person is working. So the good chiropractor tends to be busier. I only came here for chiropractic maintenance. I didn't trust having them working on my car accident injury. read more

I didn't have a great experience here. Arrive early, fill out a pile of forms, which felt like a bit more than most places, and go through to see the Dr. After sitting hunched with a sore neck and back, over that many forms for 15 minutes it was a good thing I was seeing a chiropractor! The Dr was very friendly and knowledgeable. She gave me a lot of information and was trying her best to sell me a package. I'm moving overseas soon so a 6 pack for $200 was the best option for me. The adjustment didn't go well. My neck cracked but the rest, where my injury is, got no relief and then the next day it flared up again. Upon leaving the joint, I asked the receptionist about the 6 pack. She didn't seem interested in trying to sell it to me and when I asked if the remainder of the packet was transferable when we move she said "I'm not sure I'll have to check with my manager. It used to be but I just started back working here and I'm not sure if that changed due to covid"....what? And then she just sat there and looked at me. I told her I wasn't comfortable purchasing a 6 pack till I had an answer to my question and she said again "I'll have to check with my manger" and again, just looked at me. At that point I asked if she was going to call me with the answer and she told me yes, but I knew that was an empty answer. That was Tuesday, it's Saturday and I haven't heard from her at all. read more

Arrived an hour before they closed and we were turned away due to there was only one doc on shift and due to it being Sunday. This is the closest location that is open near me and I unfortunately had to work until 3:30 so I couldn't get there until 4. This is happened several times in the past. If you have posted hours, you should be open for those hours. If you are going to go an hour before close, make sure you call before to make sure you don't waste an hour drive round trip to just be turned away. read more

Low cost adjustment that relieved the back pain a good bit. They try to upsell you. Nice to be able to walk in and get a quick fix.

It is not the office it use to be. The doctors come and go. There isn't consistency in who you will see, even if you check the schedule ahead of time. My last several adjustments were less than 5 minutes! I don't expect full on care like you would with a chiropractor in private practice - but under 5 minutes! Then the doctor tells you we aren't going to be able to help you much but you really should come in 2x a week. I'm working on trying to cancel my membership now! Terrible service. Arrived at 3:30pm and the counter had a sign saying that the Chiropractors were at lunch for 30 mins. I fill all the paperwork and went to eat at quiznos. I came back at 4:10 and there was more costumers waiting in the room. I told the lady at the counter that i had an appointment at 5:30 and had to be out by 5. She said that wouldn't be a problem. At 4:20 the chiro arrived and called one of those persons that entered after me. ... At 4:35 they entered another patient that also arrived after me. I asked the lady at the counter if there was another chiro available as I already told her I had to be out by 5 (the service is supposed to last 20 mins according to her) and she just pass two patients that arrived later than me before me... she told me there was another chiro that was supposed to come very shortly. 4:40... i know i wont be out before 5 so i stood and left. I left from work early to come over to this place. Waste of time and money. No consideration for their clients and huge lack of common sense. If I arrived at 3:30 and fill the paper work and left to eat because the chiros were not there and whn i came back they still haven't arrived I think its common sense that I was supposed to be the first to be passed on to the therapy room. I had never been to a chiropractor before but have been having some lower back and hip pain so I figured I would try it out. I called that morning and thankfully they could get me in at 1:10. The woman behind the desk was having a personal conversation with someone when I first walked in, but she eventually greeted me and asked me to fill out some paperwork. When I finally got back to see the doctor, the appointment went decent at best. He asked me questions about what issues I had, but I don't feel like he was truly listening. He would attempt to recite it back to me but was all wrong. He asked if I had been to see a chiropractor before and when I told him no, he proceeded to explain to me what a joint was and that I had them in my fingers. I am well aware of what it is, please don't talk to me like I'm stupid. Overall I got an extremely odd feeling from the doctor. He made me uncomfortable during the appointment. After my visit I was given the sales pitch about signing up for their wellness plan. I wasn't interested and told the woman behind the desk I would rather just pay individually for a few visits and see how it goes and then maybe sign up. She got defensive and shut down. I definitely will not be back to this location. Maybe I'll give another location a chance; but this visit was a total let down. read more

AVOID AVIOD THIS PLACE FROM LOYAL CUSTOMER SINCE 2019. I have to state this on Sunday 02/04/2024 around 4:15pm. I came for my routine adjustment and the lady at front desk said they are close and two people were waiting for doctor to be seen. I am not visiting this place for first time i have been coming to this place since 2019. I drove 20 minutes to see Doctor Ryan cause he has been adjusting my back since I started coming here and one point he move out to different locations so I have to change to different doctor's else I am always been adjusted by him. Sunday is only day I get time to adjust and I have to go through pain until next week. Dr. Ryan does good care about you his care deserve 5 stars. I have to find nearest open location and nearest location open on Sundays is 21 minutes drive from this location and if I go there they might say same thing. Just want to let you know I have been doing annual membership for last couple years and now I will go with different chiropractic than this until and unless they fix the business hours and say they can't take patients after 4 pm on Sunday. read more

I have been coming to the joint forever. I do want to say I have thoroughly enjoyed all my doctors and felt treated so thoughtfully each time. My problem lies Monday with who I think is the manager (short purple hair and a laptop) for making such an uncomfortable place to be. Even the front desk girl seemed embarrassed with the managers attitude and comments she made.The manager continued to constantly interrupt the girl when she was helping customers and was just making very loud snarky comments about who I believe to be other employees and her opinions of them. All of us in the waiting room just kept looking at each other in disbelief that she was talking this way out-loud. The way she spoke to the front desk girl truly disgusted me. I really feel bad for the girl up front as I would be miserable too. You don't need to sit side by side with someone and hover over them to see how they are doing in a work place. Great location as well. After a brief yet thorough consultation and exam, Ryan went right to work and got everything back where it should be. Dr. Ryan Baack is the best chiropractor I have had for a long time! Although he is young, he is very knowledgeable with different techniques. I trust him to help me and he always does. The chiropractors here are great. Professional and friendly. However, front desk is terrible. I have called many occasions and the women who answers says "hello" and then I start talking and she says "sorry I can't hear you if you can hear me then please call back" and hangs up. Then I try calling again and there is no answer. I was in today and someone had called and this women says the exact same thing to the caller. I hear the phone ring a couple times while I am waiting for my appointment and she doesn't answer even though there is no line of people she's helping or anything. This is not okay and I really want to take my business somewhere else instead of deal with this women's immaturity. I shouldn't have to walk in to schedule an appointment during COVID. I really do not appreciate this and no one should have to deal with this. read more

The chiropractors are good and very nice people (though I did not have any improvement from a month of visits), but my overall experience with this practice was horrible!!!! The policies are absolutely ridiculous! They just want to take your money, and don't really care if you come or not. I paid my monthly dues for the following month, but wasn't able to use any visits due to health restrictions and even had a letter from my doctor, so I asked The joint to make an exception and give me a refund, to which I received a rude response and obviously no refund. So I paid $70 for the whole month, didn't get any service, and was treated poorly through communication. Will NOT ever go back there! And definitely Would NOT recommend this practice to anyone - there are plenty of other chiropractic practices with much better customer service and more reasonable policies. read more

I've been coming here for a while. I'm a big fan of Chiropractic; it's instant pain relief (for me at least). I like the flexibility to drop in at any time and the prices are super reasonable. The only downside is you can end up with Chiropractors working on you and I'd prefer the same one everytime, but that's the price of flexibility. I have been utilizing the services at this Joint location for several months. I have found the staff to be very professional and the chiropractors to be very helpful. Brandon is usually the doctor I see but I have also been satisfied by their weekend staff. I have had an ankle fusion and a knee replacement so my back is often in need of adjustment as my legs become different lengths. The doctor always checks my record to see my history and provides the adjustments to my body that relieve my discomfort. I highly recommend this convenient walk in clinic. read more

I've been going to the Hampden and Tower location for over a year. Previously 10 to 25 minutes was average time for an adjustment. Now they are constantly packed with no place left to even sit and 45 minutes to more than an hour is typical. The last time I went in I was surprised and delighted to see that not one person was ahead of me and I was sent straight back. One doc disappeared and the other continued computer entry until 2 women, who he knew well, came in and he took them both and spent extra time with them while I watched and waited. By this time there were 4 more people in the waiting room. After more than 20 minutes, the other doc came out of the back room and called the next person in the waiting room. Three people who arrived after me were treated while me and my time apparently were of zero value. Haven't been back! read more

Stopped by this location while visiting the area. The clinic was super clean and everyone was friendly despite the fact that the office was jammed with people. I really didn't wait very long at all but also didn't feel rushed when I got my adjustment.
