From skeptic to true follower! Dr. McCauley is simply INCREDIBLE! Extremely welcoming and makes you feel at ease - he walks you through the examination and why he's doing what he's doing. I've had massages and took high dose medications for pain management for 5 weeks with no progress. It wasn't until I saw Dr. McCauley that I felt more improved - just after 1 single visit. A little bit of personal history, I had my first undergo with a Chiropractor in 1997, needless to say, it was an awful experience for me. I swore to myself that I would never go to a Chiropractor EVER again! As I pointed out, I was agonizing in pain for 3 weeks so my brother made me go because I would soon be on a 14 hour flight. I only said yes because he had a great experience with Dr. McCauley - Dr. McCauley fixed his back after seven months of pain in a few visits. Even then, I was anxious and didn't think he could do much for me and the pain that I was having. The only regret now that I have is that I didn't go sooner - he is ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC. Starting from the staff, doctors, the treatment itself, and the whole environment. You're surrounded by the most honest, courteous, genuine, and professional team. The office is always clean and welcoming. For anyone who thinks they have a good Dr, I advise you give Dr. McCauley a try before making that assumption! First of all, I've been coming to this place for awhile. It's always clean and cozy inside. The gal at the front counter is super sweet and she seems to have a knack for remembering personal touches about patients. Whenever people ask her questions she has a good answer or finds one for them. The doc that's normally there is just this little song bird who just makes you smile. But dont let the singing, smiling and stature fool you, her adjustments are also fabulous. She is super caring and always interested in your life. Her neck adjustments are a little unorthodox as she does them sitting in a chair. That was intimidating at first, but it got the job done so that's all that matters. I recommend this place to my friends all the time. I'd pay more for less someplace else! read more

They are always polite when you call, apologize and assure you that it will be cancelled. After 3 months of the runaround I finally called my Credit Card last night disputed the charges and put an end to all future charges. This is no accident. I have never been to a chiropractor before, but the pain in my back became unmanageable. Could barley get out of bed, put on my shoes, walk etc..NOW I AM A FULL BELIEVER. After my first visit with Dr. KERRY, the stabbing pain was gone. I just left my 4th visit and am almost back to 100 % health. Affordable and fast. Suzette at the front desk as well is great. Apparently when you pay $69 for 4 visits, The Joint sets you up on a monthly plan... so without my knowledge or permission my bank account was charged $69 per month for two months. Even though I did not visit The Joint during these two months, they were unable to return my money and I had to physically visit their location to cancel a plan that I had no idea had been set up. It sounds like a great deal, but when you're paying $69/month for services you aren't receiving, or even know you're being charged for, it isn't. read more

Just had an adjustment with Dr McCauley. She was able to adjust my neck and back due to an injury. The front desk staff greeted when I walked in, I was taken back immediately. The joint has flexible hours on a walk I basis plus it's inexpensive. I would recommend The Joint. read more

This place has great hours and great prices. I come here on my way to worship practice after work on Thursdays because its conveniently placed. They are open 10-7 M-F and Saturday 10-5 so I can always make it in when I need to. read more
