I woke Up on Aug 11th, 2024 and could barely walk due to a back injury suffered a few weeks prior. I went straight to The Joint, Wawa at the front desk took my info and put me into the system quickly. Dr. Ondina asked a few questions and based off my response he told me exactly what was wrong. He was very straightforward, "you wont be pain free, but you will be functional". After a few adjustments, I stood up and walked out of there like a new man. I am in town visiting my family for the Thanksgiving holiday and I came to the Fort Lauderdale location of The Joint. Doctor Moy was absolutely amazing and he was able to adjust me when I thought there was no way I was going to be able to move. I walked out of the office, feeling at least an inch taller! Lakeisha at the front desk was also warm and welcoming. I live in Georgia and one of the things I LOVE the most about The Joint is being able to access other locations while I'm away from home to keep up with my chiropractic care. Company spends good money on ads and getting an appointment with corporate over the phone was easy and pleasant. However here is where both worlds collide. The experience at the office was totally different. To make a long story short the lady at the front desk said to me "who walks around without a drivers license?" When i asked to talk to a supervisor she refused and when i asked for any way of reaching the office manager she refused as well. Unfortunately The website states that there are no appointments and that "walk-in-are-welcome" however this location does not take walk-ins. I went there this morning and was turned away AS A NEW CLIENT. They have plenty of advertisement and deals for "new client" and advertise "No appointments" but I was told to "make an appointment for another time" this is not as convenient for me if I need to make appointments to come here. I could just go to a doctor through my insurance or I could go to the Location in Coral Springs which has assured me that i can walk in at any time . Honestly would not even give this place another try by the way i was disregarded as a potential new client. read more

Great concept! I've been coming here for a while and I really enjoy the availability, price, and ease of access. No planning no appointments and a very reasonable fixed price. There is somebody here seven days a week. It might not be the same chiro every day but they usually keep to the same schedule. So if you want the continuity you can schedule your visits accordingly. I've been to several chiropractors and I find this one to work best for me. I recommend you check it out and also your membership all around the country at any location so it's great for when you are traveling to when you are traveling too!! read more

So what ya get here is a stripped down chiropractor visit without all the formality of a doctor visit. Come in, get assessed and get adjusted. Here it's a monthly fee and you come visit as often as you like. Seriously each of the doctors are pretty amazing - I've always felt like I was getting care just as good as my previous traditional chiropractor visits. I think this is a pretty cool way to get care without the traditional high prices. read more

In town for the day and saw they have two joints. Found out the other in Davie opening another 6 Mo!! ( prob why no reviews yet duh..). So here we are after a 1000 mi trip in a trk from Pitttsburg. And BOY do I need it. We are both tired and a well served adjustment is in order. I go to these all around the country. They are awesome!! They had Valentines cookies on the desk .. I ate one. Yum. The dr was busy today but got me in. He was seeing lots of new patients today. He gave me a really great adjustment. Pelvic was majorly out but not now!! He also got my mid back and neck. Awesome sauce. Will use this place when in town. There is one major Dr during the week and another on weekends the receptionist said. I have a monthly membership and get 4 visits a month. Love it. Normal procedure in coming is check and walk to the back with someone with the front desk . You are asked to put your personal belongings in a basket . A week or so ago I accidentally left some earrings . Only one was found . I asked for the camera to be rolled back 3 times and the owner has not responded. They have the time I arrived and left . Plus doctors are replaced every 2 months . Something weird over there about staffing. My guess is it is the owner !! The place is a good concept yet there is a constant rotation of providers. Some of the providers are obviously much better than others. Some of them being a total waste of an appointment. I would check to see which chiropractor works best for you and schedule accordingly around them. Just dropping in to never know who you're going to get in sometimes it's a total waste. read more

This place is a sales pitch. Not a admirable quality in your chiropractor, a person who can quote literally make you need them and you feel the need to see them on a regular basis. I have suffered from a broken L2-4 a d had multiple spinal surgeries and seen a huge difference in my life due to chiropractor care. This will not be that experience. This will be the kind of chiropractor scams you hear about it. They are pretty upfront about the scam based on their "monthly plans". They don't care about you they just want money. You can be instantly relieved from one session on chiropractor care. Don't be fooled into being told otherwise. Go to a real doctor with a real practice. If you have any billing issues with them, don't wait for them to respond to you. It has taken Robert Meeks 2 weeks to reply to my first complain. He sent me an email that did not match my original issue. Which makes it clear that for 1. He didn't read the 10+ email chain I had with the clinic 2. He didn't care. He gave me a general response. I asked him for a call back two weeks ago and sent a follow up email last week. I'm still waiting for a response. My issue is that I was never told by the floor agent that I was signing up for auto renewal which breaks all honesty practices. I had a Groupon that I was trying out and they offered me a low price on additional adjustments without mentioning the auto renewal. They were kind enough to offer me a cancelation with no refund but free additional adjustments. The only problem is that i do not need there service! It was a Groupon i tried and never had been in a chiropractors office before them. I was there 4 times for my Groupon and for 5 months that I wasn't there they charged me $69/month! I told them that I had no use for their service and the free adjustments is no justice to me! They 100% believe I'm making up that I was being scammed or at the very minimum not explained about the auto-renewal. They believe a contract that wasn't completely filled or explained to me is enough proof for them. They do not want to give me any money back!(I never came in for not one adjustment for 5 months!) when I wasn't happy they escalated to Robert Meeks who just emailed me the same thing the clinic was offering. What a lack of customer care! If I could put 0 stars I would. Robert I'm still waiting for your call. read more

You get what you pay for.... In fairness, I'll be clear: I was looking for some immediate relief as I was out of town and having back pain. This is not the place for that. This place is all about the maintenance program. From the second you get in the door, you get bombarded with the upsell of the maintenance program. I sat in the waiting room and listened to the pitch to others over and over again and then I got the exact same pitch when I went in. It felt incredibly distant and canned as the therapist sped through all of the menus in the computer. The first visit, after filling out a ton of paper work, consists of a very limited analysis, some minor adjustments, and right to the "I recommend the extended maintenance program of x times or week" and then the checkout receptionist putting on the hard sell on the maintenance membership. This is up there with time-share approach. So, if you are looking to feel better fast, pass. If you are looking for a place to go to often (like a tanning salon) then this is more up your alley. read more

I love the step up of the place it's very modern. Stay was very pleasant and friendly. I filled out the forms for initial intake which was something thorough like the doctors office. After filling out the forms I was taken back immediately. The chiropractor reviewed all of my medical information and then begin doing his assessment. He touched on areas that may have been tender and cause some discomfort. Unplug all the information into his touchscreen computer. I love how tech Savy they are. After he did his assessment he begin by doing the adjustment starting with my neck. I was in complete heaven once he finished. He did about four just mess in total and it took about 6 to 7 minutes. You let me know that he wouldn't vies me to go on the maintenance program that I don't have any underlining chronic conditions. Being that I bought my service from Groupon I declined and said that I'll be back. Overall great service read more

I went on Aug 26, 2022 because I was having severe back pain. The 5 minute alignment didnt do a thing for me but they convinced me to get a monthly plan and even get me like 5 or 10 (I dont remember) sessions for free. I used their services 3 more times (I didn't even used up all the "free sessions"). I kept telling the chiropractor the pain hasn't subside at all. After the 3rd session I told them that I wanted to cancel the contract because the "5 minute sessions" were not helping me at all. That's when problems started.... they told me that I signed a 3 months plan (which I didn't know and nobody told me) and I can not cancel. I raised my voice a bit and they "managed" to cancel the plan. Now, a month later they charged the amount anyway. I called and they refused to refund. I told them that I will dispute the charge with the bank and they will hear from my lawyer. I asked to speak to the manager. They denied it and I was told "they will submit a request to talk to the manager". I said fine but you will hear from me again. 20 minutes later they called and said they had refunded the amount. I think it is a shady company. They make you sign a ton of documents without explaining them and the result is clear.... when you try to cancel your hands are tight. I wouldn't recommend this company to anybody. read more

Canceled my membership today for several reasons. One because the staff is always different. I loved when Dr. Campbell was here and the front desk people weren't on their phone constantly . The lady before the current staff would open the door when she saw you coming and remembered your name. Always super friendly, now they barely look at you when you come in. When I canceled today not two words was said to me. Sad because I really enjoyed coming here but now I'm glad I canceled. read more
