I am 23 and I lift 5 to 6 days a week. I knew I had excellent form during my exercises but was starting to develop severe back pain. Finally I made a appointment with Dr. Stump. He did a very thorough exam trying to figure out my exact issue and how I could solve it. His experience goes much farther than just walking in popping my back and neck and then sending you on your way. He has conversations with you and really gets to the source of you pain. After only 4 months I am completely pain free in my back and I continue to go once a month for maintenance. And I know what your thinking well now that I'm going just once a month he's just adjusting my back and sending me on my way. No way. Dr. Hoffman has been my chiropractor for several years. He has been able to manage some severe pain…read morein my low back and hips that has led to pain and numbness in my lower legs and feet. I have issues with stenosis and pain originating in the sciatic nerve. I also have a degenerative disc issue and have seen multiple specialists and have tried everything from laser treatments to spinal injections (epidural injections into the spinal cord) and several types of tens devices to ease my pain. Nothing has worked. But Dr. Hoffman has me on a therapy regiment that has made my life so much better. I have good days and bad days. But as a whole my life is much better under his care. I have recommended him to many friends and family. No one has had any bad issues with Dr. Hoffman. He truly cares. That's his magic. He actually cares about you as a person.
