t's been five years since I first reviewed Omni Wellness Center, and I'm still receiving maintenance treatments for arthritis in my back. Over the years, their care has made a real difference. I truly believe in the treatment they provide--if I didn't, I wouldn't still be coming here. The staff is always polite, friendly, and professional. Thanks to the ongoing care, the pain in my back is much less severe, and I've regained a lot of the mobility I lost back in 2018 when my back "went crazy" on me. Pleasant team. When I answer a question asked, I feel as though I'm being heard,even though I may go off a tangent(GRITS).

This place has proven to be a waste of time and money. Long story short, they will not provide an adjustment on your first visit, even if you are in pain. I had previously been a patient at Omni Wellness, but they decided it had been too long since my last visit and deemed my emergency visit as my "first" and refused to do an adjustment, only after wasting my money and time doing x-rays (no clue if anything is alarming on these since they only discuss them at your 2nd visit). I left in literal tears and found a different chiropractor with compassion who completed an adjustment. I had to take time off work and hire a babysitter to go to this appointment today, and stressed multiple times that I do not have time or money to frequent the chiropractor and only needed a one time adjustment. They are adamant that you will need a long-term treatment plan and want you to come back for as many appointments as possible. They will even go as far as scheduling appointments without your consent that you then have to call and cancel. If you have deep pockets and a wide open schedule, this place is for you. read more

The ladies at the chiropractor service are phenomenal. They are very interested in helping you get your body to where you can function on a regular day without the assistance of medication. And if it is an issue that they can figure out they will gladly refer you somewhere else to get the help you need. i was a patient for almost a year and noticed that I was starting to feel worse after each appointment instead of better. the doctors do not seem to want to help you for the longterm. they do not teach you stretches or anything to do besides coming for the adjustments. they are VERY pushy with asking for referrals and pushy with appointments. read more

Love this place! The staff is friendly and efficient, the office clean. Sign is simple, I never have to wait long. Dr. Dan gave a thorough explanation of my treatment plan and the reasoning behind it. I felt immediate relief after my first adjustment and am looking forward to my next visit. read more

Dr. Danielle Plummer was very instrumental to putting me close to 100% after my shoulder injury and therapy sessions. I started coming to Omni when my insurance refused to continue to pay for my physical therapy sessions because well, they said, I was getting better. But getting better and completely healing are two different things that apparently the insurance world think are one and the same. Anyway, Dr. Danelle explained the entire program she had designed for me to get me to at least being able to raise my left hand above shoulder level. She got me to a level more than that in three months of religious adjustment sessions-- I was able to at least put my hand behind my back with so much ease and little to no pain. Although I am not fully recovered yet, I can see the major change and the mobility I can now enjoy better with the process I had to go through with Omni. I am currently on a wellness plan with them and although I can honestly say it is not the most convenient location-wise for me from home and work, I still go. DO NOT GO HERE! They will not bill your insurance correctly. When you try to get them to re-file the insurance they refuse. The billing department is terrible. If you have free money to burn with no budget. This place is great for you. Enjoy. read more

Today was my first adjustment but I can already attest to the level of care + service at Omni! I've been to several chiropractors in the last 7 years, but none that provided the care that Omni does. I cannot tell you the last time I felt this good, even immediately after an adjustment, and I've been back at work sitting all day. I'm excited to finally be on a treatment plan that will help get my back and neck where they need to be and I'm so glad that my boyfriend is going too! This practice takes your money even when insurance pays 100%. They say they have to wait for insurance to pay and then will credit me back. Every practice I have gone to knows I have met my deductible and coinsurance and never asks for money from me. I have a credit, but I don't know where or what the credit is. I was never informed of a credit. I called my insurance and they said they paid Omni in full. I then I called Omni back and they said they will send me a check, when, I don't know. I paid with a credit card, you would think they would be able to credit me back. Not a good business practice to take people's money when my insurance pays 100%. Also, when I called back again, I got their voicemail, the prompt for billing is 6. It transfers me and then a fast busy signal happens and hangs up on me. I want my money back!! I will not be going back!!! I will post how long it will take them to get my money back. read more

This didn't feel like a doctor's appointment. It was a sales pitch. The doctors are very nice and knowledgeable, but I was literally shamed for not agreeing to come in 3 times a week even though I have no pain or mobility issues. A promotion they had was incredibly misleading and I was overcharged. My back did feel great though! read more

I went to Omni Wellness Center because of my migraines I was experiencing everyday. I was taking Advil constantly and it was affecting my school work. After my first few adjustments I no longer had any headaches and was completely off of medication!! Dr. Darcey and Dr. Prime have been so caring and informative since my very first appointment. I continue to get adjustments every week and always look forward to the kind staff I am greeted by every time I walk through the door.
