I have the monthly package at The Joint and I am so glad! I'm a mom of 2 young kids, and I'm a server and on my feet all day. My body pays the price. I had been seeing another chiropractor on occasion, but Mohammad Noori is something else. I have never had better adjustments in my life. He literally adjusts everything including my ankles. He even does some muscular work as well, and it helps so much. I leave there feeling like a million bucks. The office staff is always just and friendly, and it's very clean. The only downside is that SOMETIMES you have to wait. They only do walk ins, so there maybe be a line of people in front of you (but it usually goes fast). If there's a wait, I'll go run into Ralph's next door and grab some groceries. I HIGHLY recommend the package and specifically Dr. Noori. I loved The Joint , I referred a lot of people there including my whole family, but they charged my wife credit card $500 after she cancelled in writing , and after repeated attempts to resolve this issue they refused to honour the cancellation , so my advice be careful never put a debit card on file, they attempted to charge all of my wife's cards after they took the $500 .... Never give them a debit card Don't sign for a long time just a month at a time . They don't respect any agreements, they try not to cancel even if you paid in advance.... It is very sad as the Drs are great and they work hard but the front office NOT to be trusted .....BEWARE Last but not least ask the cancellation process before you sign up for anything longer than 30 days .... I was in sever back and neck pain after intense exercise, and I needed an immediate adjustment, I visited the JC, and got adjusted (on Sunday) went back home and completed my treatment with ice and hot showers, 3 days after I followed up with another visit, where I got my second and last adjustment, and I felt like I'm on factory reset settings In general I'm not a big fan of a lot chiropractic work on my body, but I do believe that instant service that The Joint Chiropractic provides can safe someone from being in intense pain like myself and end up wait for 2-4 days to get an appointment with other practices. Dr. Mohamed Noori, D.C. is truly a miracle worker! I was diagnosed with a rare autoimmune disease that left me unable to walk and in a wheel chair. I saw online that there was a $29 first time adjustment and exam. I signed both myself and my husband up. We scheduled appointments online for 2:30. We arrived and the guy at the front desk looked up and stated there was no "WC" I have no clue what that meant but we saw on the door they open at 2:45 so I was already confused. The man let us know he's filling in and that's why things were so "chaotic". First off who wants to be adjusted in an environment where their staff identify it as "chaotic"... my husband and I immediately became uncomfortable. I tried to convince my husband to just try it and be patient. The guy at the front desk was scattered, I tried to be understanding but for a first time experience it was already hectic. My husband is not as patient especially when there's terrible service. I let the man know that we have appointments at 2:30 and he told me "we don't have appointments". I showed him the appointments and he handed me one application to fill out. I let him know again we both have appointments. They don't listen. My husband asked me to just leave -he didn't trust someone adjusting him in a dysfunctional environment. It was really disorganized which made it stressful. I have been an ongoing patient of The Joint almost since it initially opened in Mission Viejo. I have been a big fan of Dr. Mohamad Noori since he came to this office. He has been very attentive to every detail and is great at explaining the why behind the how. I have had some unique symptoms and pinches etc. but he has been great at diagnosing and checking to find root cause. He is always able to make my issue calm down and one of the few that has the ability to manipulate my back and body. I am a larger man and he has not shied away from the proper pressure or stretch necessary to help me. They recently began moving him around and reducing his hours, yet somehow I was still able to find him and travel to wherever he had been placed. I had a recent issue and was upset that I could not find where (or if) they had assigned him to another local office. Most of the other doctors have been unable to penetrate and solve my issues, so I had stopped going. I was relieved to find Dr. Noori has returned three days a week to the MV office and I plan on seeing him on a regular cycle again. Ive been to a lot of chiropractors, none have been able to help me with my lumbar region as they werent able to put enough pressure or position me to where they can get that pop. Until I ran into Dr. Noori who does thorough adjustments, I have always experienced pain in my lower back. Definitely felt like the appointment was rushed and I was getting stressed out and tensing up which make adjustments even harder. Dr. Noori (or Nuri) is amazing!! I am SO GLAD I came on this specific day (he comes on Sun. and Mon.) because I wouldn't want anyone else to treat me. I dislocated my jaw and had horrible pain for a week. Dr. Noori immediately identified my TMJ and told me exactly how he would treat it, established his credibility (30 years experience and treating TMJ clients 10-15 times weekly), how I would feel after, and what to do at home. He did the treatment very thoroughly. As expected, my jaw hurt (Dr. Noori told me this would happen) after the treatment, I iced it, did the exercises and after about 7-8 days my jaw was completely healed!!!
