This business treats everyone the same as far as adjustments and I left there worse than when I went in- severe nerve pain that radiated down my legs. I am still battling this issue. My entire family comes here. These guys always take care of us and listen to what is ailing us and do what they can to help fix it. They're very careful not to overdo things though and I appreciate them taking the time to really listen. Would highly recommend this place anyone who is in pain. You'd be surprised what they can do. I genuinely feel that chiropractic care has changed my life and kept me from having pain and or surgeries. Sometimes that hip or shoulder pain that's been driving you crazy for years is really just something out of place and can easily be fixed, without the need for surgery. I was fine paying full price and doing paperwork(I get that is needed) I just needed something quick, the doctor on staff seemed irritated that all I wanted was a quick adjustment. I've looked at plans and they do not fit our budget or our lifestyle as we are out of town often and work hours that are not compatible with the office hours. He came off somewhat rude and put out. If you have anything beyond a very basic back issue, avoid this place at all costs. Its fast food chiropractic with no real treatment plans or well trained "doctors" to be found. I went for an adjustment and they convinced me to just pay for 4 adjustments because its only $70. I paid and then several months later I realize that it is a monthly membership fee. This was never discussed and I specifically mentioned that I didn't want anything beyond a couple adjustments. I hurt my back lifting something and the pain was so bad I could barely walk without using support. I was unable to get into a med clinic and instead someone suggested a chiropractor I have never been a big fan because I hate the popping noises when they adjust body parts. I was ushered in and Dr. Chad Daniels listened to my pain story and he respected my dislike of popping noises. He gently adjusted me and after four visits I feel much better. I came in for another visit (as they sell packages at a great price) and told him I was having sinus headaches and he adjusted me and helped relieve the pain. I like that you don't need an appointment and they stay open late weekdays and are open on weekends as well. I won't go anywhere else. read more

Wanted to follow up since I rarely get on this app. Shortly after I posted this review, someone did call me to ask details of what happened. The "owner" did try to apologize and offer a free visit (at the time I was a member-so how was it free when I was already paying? Lol) Anyways, I canceled my membership for other reasons, but that encounter to that specific location gave me a lasting impression. Sometimes I give a second chance hoping for an "off day", but that was totally unprofessional behavior coming from someone that wants to use Dr behind their name. When I first started getting adjusted here my feelings about the place were mixed; sometimes great relief and sometimes not so great! It seems that this is more of the McDonald's bottom of the barrel type quality in back cracks to me. You almost never get the same chiropractor, the results are a broad mix of either really good, not so good or bad, or just terrible in all ways. I have had far better experiences from more experienced and thus more expensive chiropractors in the past, the last few times I came here I got either a chiropractor that struggled to adjust me, or the 110 lb young lady (who was very nice and pretty) chiropractor, but that couldn't crack me at all because the physics involved with a 110 lb chick trying to crack a 250lb dude don't seem to be very realistic or reliable in results to me. I left feeling like I need to just find a better more reliable chiropractor soon, or I need to request a man adjust me going forward. If you're a big dude, do yourself a favor and ask for a big dude to adjust you. read more

Front desk employees were Very friendly! However not informative. My one star review is for the lack of sanitary precautions in what is supposed to be a doctors office. What we can assume was the owners wife and child coming into the practice,(she called herself this twice which is why I assume this is who she was) and child were in the lounge waiting area not wearing a mask. There were also two other patients in the waiting room who were not wearing masks either which was strange that the workers were not politely asking them to wear their mask. The front desk of course did not tell their "boss" to put on a mask because that's not their job, the boss should be setting and living by example. But they didn't tell the customers as well? Which is it? Are you making your office safe to visit with COVID or not? Either way, Such a bad look for the business and shows that precautions are NOT being taken truly if you as the owners are not showing that you too are trying to keep your patrons safe. I was uncomfortable sitting in this waiting room I walked out. When we said we we were going to leave politely they said "no worries the wait will be 15 min longer " when we had already been waiting 20 min, waiting is no problem but strange they didn't give us an estimated wait time. read more

I went to my first visit yesterday! I went on my lunch break and it was speedy and got right to my problems! Dr. Vinyl was super sweet amd knew his stuff! I've been in dentistry for 9 years so I have back pain often. I laid on the table and he immediately found my problem areas without me saying a word. If you sign any variety of program with them, make sure you understand what will and won't happen, and when. Be prepared to visit in store to fill out a cancellation form at least two days before the automatic billing date. Remember oral agreements are not worth the paper their printed on. read more

Wow! The very best chiropractor that I have ever seen. I have been receiving chiropractic care since 1992 after I was hit by a drunk driver. I have also been a dental hygienist for 30 years and am very difficult to adjust. I first met Dr. Daniels at The Joint in Austin. When he moved to New Braunfels I was so disappointed but my loss is the gain of the New Braunfels Joint Chiropractic clinic. He is awesome! Service is great, however I would not recommend this location due to poor customer service by their receptionist, Marci, Madi, Mary, whichever her name is (she wouldn't give me the correct spelling when I asked) is very rude and unprofessional. I've attempted to cancel my account multiple times, which she confirmed my calls, yet won't confirm that was the reason I called. When I asked to send me a copy of the email she allegedly sent, she said she had patients and hung up on me. Contacted the corporate office in Scottsdale Az, again, very nice customer service and strong willingness to help. It's the staff at this location that is the problem. If the receptionist wasn't there, I'd give this location a much higher rating. Customer Service is key. read more

Always great help. Had not been able to use my left hand for over a year because of pain and loss of ability to hold things. A doctor said he saw arthritis on an X-ray and it just kept getting worse over time. After a few adjustments I am better. I started knitting again which seems to contribute to my healing. I also have back and neck issues that are better now too. The best part is I go on my schedule, no appointments and the price is so good I can do weekly maintenance without going broke. Each Doctor has their own style so if I feel I need one style of adjustment on a particular visit, I just request that doctor when I go in and none of them mind me doing that. I was having lower back issues and went in to get an adjustment. I see a different chiropractor and when I told her that I did not want a package she was not very nice and seemed annoyed. She only seemed comfortable using "her tools" and selling wellness packages. Will never go there again. read more
