I've had chiropractic treatment on and off for the past thirty plus years. I've had good chiropractors and not so good chiropractors. I have had some excellent adjustments and adjustments that made me hurt for weeks after. I just want to say that, hands down, Dr. Justin Martinez is, THE best chiropractor I have ever been treated by. He knows so much. His adjustments are really thorough. In fact, I had no idea that you could manipulate the spine, neck, ribs and tailbone in the ways that he does. And it has been so effective. My back is more mobile than it has been in many years. Very disappointed with my visit. I had came in yesterday just for a single visit when I was done being adjusted I was told I needed to come back today and for 12 weeks. I was very clear when I said I could NOT pay for the 12 weeks because I had just moved down here and I don't really have a job right now, but they made it seem like it wasn't a choice and that I was basically being forced to come for 3 months. When the lady in the front was picking out a plan for me she kept explaining it in a way that was very confusing and not the actual contract that she was saying. She told me I would be charged $90 yesterday to go in for a single visit and to come in today for another visit since I "needed" to be seen. She had said that if I want to come after this appointment it would only be $35 not that she had signed me up to actually come back, I had planned to not come back after today nor did I even think I needed to come back after yesterday. The guy who adjusted me is fine but I the way the girl in the front was very unprofessional and seemed like she just is trying to make more money to the company when that doesn't even matter she'll be getting paid no matter what, an now I'm down $110 because she wanted to lie about it. I will not be coming back and I don't recommend this place for anyone. I will be trying to get in contact with the owners or the manager about this. read more

Dr. Justin at The Joint Chiropractic in Palm Harbor (Boot Ranch location) is by far one of the best chiropractors I've seen in a long time. After a car accident a few years ago, I started experiencing a resurgence of pain a few months back. Every time I worked out--especially during shoulder presses or push-ups--I'd feel an unsettling clicking in my cartilage or tendons. Last week, Dr. Justin not only listened to my concerns but also addressed them with precision. The adjustment provided immediate relief in my neck, allowing me to work out without hesitation. For years, I believed my left arm was significantly weaker due to the accident. However, just a few days after my adjustment, my dumbbell press on my left side increased by 25 pounds--something I never thought possible. I've finally found the perfect chiropractor, and as long as Dr. Justin is at this location, I'll continue coming back. Started coming here in October of 2022 to help correct curved shoulders after my massage therapist pointed out that to me. I try to see Dr. Cindy, though I have also been seen by both Dr. Joseph & Dr. Justin; definitely prefer Dr. Cindy's approach & her informative insight each session. I got the $79 monthly plan, which worked great initially, but now I'll probably be switching to the process of purchasing a certain number of sessions at a time as I've made good progress and don't need as frequent adjustments anymore. I've come as late as 6:40 & still have been able to be seen, but the weekends are definitely the busiest times to stop in, so I try to avoid that. This location is located in a large shopping plaza/strip mall where a Publix & Target both are, so in theory there's ample parking, but closer to the actual entrance parking is pretty limited & hard to get in and out of as the shopping plaza is quite busy no matter what time of day it seems. read more

My friend had been bragging on her chriopractor for a while and I'd been having issues with my neck and shoulders so I finally bit the bullet and made my way with her for a new patient exam. There are a couple of doctors in residence and all have their merits. One is exceedingly precise, another is strong, and the third Ive experienced jives with me perfectly and seems to do Reiki. I like that they're open 24/7 and that the do a lot of cash pay, they're reasonable! read more

If I didn't have bad luck, I wouldn't have any at all. While away for my birthday weekend, I somehow injured myself while laying on the bed watching tv. Greeeeat sign of getting older. I managed though the pain for the weekend but immediately found a chiropractor this morning to be seen right away. They got me right away, reviewed everything with me and got my adjusted for a first round. They have packages but since they want to see me more frequently at first, gave me some free visits so that I can get my body adjusted properly as needed. The great thing is even after the adjustments he tested my strength in the injured location and I could already see the differences. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Finally a clinic that charges a fair price. 20-25 per visit. Anybody can afford this and they have locations everywhere. They gave me 3 free adjustments for signing up. The adjustments are just the same as they were at the higher priced doctors, but due to the economy in the way, things are, I can afford to go four times a month for the same price as one time a month at most other places. I've been a regular customer to the Palm Harbor location for over a year, and average a visit per week. The entire staff is professional and the chiros are excellent at targeting specific problem areas. They never fail to find the source of my back & neck pain and , the vast majority of the time, they relieve my pain almost instantly. It's also incredibly fast, in & out treatment, most every time. Chiropractic service was fine, but the business would rather get bad reviews than provide actual care, so here you go. I signed up for a 6-week wellness plan and completed my care. They have continued charging me for an additional 4 months of service because "it is in the contract that you have to cancel or we'll keep charging you" & "you signed it". I get it, that is true. When they verified that I hadn't been seen for the past 4 months and I asked for a refund, the reply was simply "no, it says no refunds, you signed it." They do not care. No care at this establishment at all. I will never go here again and do not recommend a relationship with a business that values maintaining a policy over keeping or caring about any customer. I very highly recommend the joint Palm Harbor. I went in initially with some severe neck pain which they very quickly helped me resolve and now I continue to go in regularly so that they can help me with chronic lower back pain that I had just been resigned to dealing with. I hadn't realized there was help out there! I feel so much better already and can't wait to see how great I feel after continued sessions. The doctors are so kind and helpful.
