Terrible business l, visited almost 10 years ago and I their "chiropractor" couldn't even adjust me (had no idea what he was doing) said Id give them another shot 9 years later and they dont honor the walk in rate and try to snag me for a membership. My first chiropractor was great but on my second visit I had a different chiropractor and they made my back hurt something terrible! I had to go to my doctor and they had to send me for X-rays and put me on muscle relaxers just to ease the pain. I'm still in a lot of pain. They do not take X-rays so how would they know what body part to work on??? The 2 stars are for the first chiropractor. The front desk didn't make it easy to cancel the membership either...what a hassle. I will go to Elite down the street. read more

Came in with very painful low back pain. During my 2 week visits the pain is is healing better with all the adjustments. Dr. Robinson is very skilled an knowledgeable. Dr. Shehan is awesome as well. Highly recommend this location. read more

All of the doctors are amazing! They treat you like a person and not just another chart coming through.

Just to elaborate the reason behind my rating because unfortunately this does not give me a option to rate the doctors and staff separately. Walked in at 6:12 PM and saw Tiana (front desk ) placing her belongings on the counter as she looked very unpleased to see people walk in. I continue to address my husband and I were needing to be seen. My husband a new patient and myself... An existing patient. She mentioned that the wait for myself would be 30 to 45 minutes and that my husband's visit would take anywhere between 40min to an hour. I then told her that that was not a problem we really needed to be seen. Again with a very unpleased attitude asked for my information and checked me in. It was very funny how she mentioned 45 minutes for myself when the doctor saw me in under a minute if not maybe seconds of me checking in. It's almost as if she mentioned the "extended wait" so that I would be an uninterested. Before walking back I offered to fill out basic contact information for my husband so that it would make the process faster as he would only have to walk in and sign. With annoyance she explained how this is a HIPAA violation. I work in the medical field and aware he would have to sign but, basic information could be signed with his consent. I told her that it was fine I was only wanting to make the process faster for her. My husband then walks in and she does not say anything to him let him walk to the back and I had to tell him to check himself in. Mind you no one else was in the office besides my husband and I and boys. She mentioned to my husband "you do know this is gonna take about 40 minutes to an hour" as if she had not already mentioned this to us over four times. My husband then asked me if this OK considering she kept asking and repeating herself as if she wanted us to be an uninterested. We told her that was fine and she seemed very upset and began to ask my husband for his identification. My husband unknowingly put out his expired ID and she said she was unable to get him seen considering it was expired. My husband began to Conversate when she currently interrupted us and with a lot of head movement and upset expression began to explain how he can't be seen because it's expired and she would need a valid drivers license and it was not up to her. When we were not saying anything regarding that matter my husband was simply putting his ID up. I mentioned to her he was not speaking to her that him and I were having a conversation unrelated to anything here. I asked for her manager information and for her name and she giggled. I really dislike having to write a review as I am not the complaining type but I have never been treated the manner Miss Tiana treated my husband and I. I work in the medical field and know the importance of seeing patients when they come in. I would not be coming in and exposing my family and I if I didn't think it was a necessity. And I write this review in hope of The Joint to take this as a teaching opportunity. I walked in with the happiest attitude and got shut down by the front desk because she was ready to go home. I to am ready to go home at the end of my shift but does not give me the opportunity to treat others in such matter. Overall the doctor was amazing asked a lot of questions and felt immediate relief. Unfortunately I will not be returning to this particular location and will go out of my way to go to other joint locations as this experience has left a very bitter taste. I have been coming to The Joint for over four years and have never had an experience like this one. read more

The only clinic I go to! You are greeted when you come in and I usually have a short wait time to be seen. Dr. Robinson and Dr. Paul usually do my adjustments and I love they are so thorough and if I come in with an issue they will work to get me relief. Everyone here is always pleasant and welcoming. I have been having a lot of pain in my shoulder and it was really bad. On my way home from work, I called and spoke to the receptionist. It was 5:45. She said as long as I was there by 6 and had the paper work in by 6:15 then i could be seen. I asked and she said that there were not a lot of people there. I was there by 5:55 and had the paperwork in by 6:10. However, a lot people started to arrive during that time. The receptionist took the paperwork back to one of the doctors. I had heard her talking with other patients as she was not very discrete. The receptionist asked her about me and her response was so loud that everyone, including myself was able to hear. "I do not care what time she called. She could have called at 10 am. It is about what time she walked in here. I am not going to see her but Dr. Paul can." I was humiliated. The receptionist then called me to the desk, so it was very obvious that the doctor has been talking about me. She said that I could come in the next day that there would be "different doctors" I understand that I came in at the end of the day and they got busy. She could have said - "I am really sorry. We just can't squeeze her in today. Can you see if she can come back tomorrow? " I had a long day and I was in pain. Her response was unprofessional and rude. I would not recommend this place to anyone. ***Edit - management did reach out to me and they were very kind. They really wanted an opportunity to make the situation better. I was pleased that they did not make excuses for what had happened. I have already found another chiropractor but would be willing to try The Joint later on for maintenance just based on the kindness of the management team. read more

I normally don't go to the chiropractor, but my team was supporting a nearby store and so I decided to walk in to this location of The Joint, as I had heard of the chain before, and my low back was aching. I was treated by Dr. Bayne, who did such a fantastic job that I signed up for the month of treatments in order to work on some tight muscles and areas that needed improvement. After subsequent treatments by Dr. Robinson, I can say without question this is the best Joint location I have ever been to. The doctors take their time and individualize your treatment so that your individual aches and pains are treated. I am amazed how in-depth and knowledgeable they were, and I would highly recommend giving this location a visit if you are considering getting chiropractic treatment. read more

I had a great experience up until the end of my monthly subscription. The chiropractors were attentive and took care of my needs. The receptionist upon my first visit did not communicate well about the monthly plan, therefore I lost out on my last 4th visit for the month. I got auto-renewed for another month, which I told them beforehand I only wanted 1 month plan, but they charged my card anyway. They do not let you cancel unless you want to drive to the location again, I got my refund for the extra month. I explained the situation to the manager but he did not honor my 4th visit even though it was within 30 days. I gave them an opportunity to honor my 4th visit and make things right for their mistakes but they did not help at all. I will not be returning to this location due to poor communication and bad customer service. read more

I have been seeing Dr. Paul for a few months now. Been battling a rib head on my left side, causing acid reflux. Seeing her regularly has definitely made a huge difference. I am now almost 100% better. I also work 10 hours a day, on my feet, so back pain is inevitable... she gets me back to where I need to be. I feel great, I sleep harder and my quality of life has improved significantly. Dr. Robinson and prothro are also amazing doctors who also have my back. I am all about holistic healing, and truly believe in chiropractic. The love you feel when you walk in the door is wonderful. They truly care about you. I love yall. I just went to my second visit with Dr. Paul and feel great. I have a range of motion in my neck and back I haven't had for a long time!! I was able to check behind me when switching lanes and also buckle my seatbelt without hurting. Small things to some, but huge to me... My hands don't hurt and my knees aren't stiff. I have visited four clinics in The Joint Network in four years, but no one is better than Dr. Paul and Dr. Robinson! These ladies give excellent adjustments and talk to you about the stresses in life that could be causing undue physical pain. I always feel better after going there and the front desk people are friendly and helpful. The doctors even give you awesome advice about nutrition and treating injuries, with the science behind the ills and remedies for them. They play an eclectic variety of music and even offer you water while you wait--and the wait isn't long either! I get in and out in 10 minutes sometimes and the adjustments work. Leave it to the pros at The Joint and you may feel a lot better, physically and mentally! read more

The worst facility I've ever used. I never give a 1 star rating, but this place does not even deserve a star. The wait times are extremely long, so I asked the receptionist (who was a bit rude and unknowledgeable over the phone), to call me when the person before me had gone in. My reason for this, was I was in pain with my back and could not bear to sit for an hour. So I elected to take a walk. When I returned about 1/2 hr later, the person before me was already in, she hadn't called, and there were a bunch of new people there. She was on her phone texting away. When I asked about my spot, she said I was next and resumed texting away. The icing on the cake was, she let people that came in after me, go ahead of me and told the other people that were there after me that they were next. I was like wtf kind of place are you all running here. Promptly left! I will never visit another Joint Chiropractic facility again. I will find another chiropractor. read more
