I've been a customer to Bergeson Chiropractic for 10+ years and Dr. B has always done amazing work! I recently had a SEVERE case of Sciatica due to a herniated disc at L-5 and was in EXCRUCIATING PAIN! I hadn't been in quite awhile because I wasn't having issues but this x WORSE than ever! I couldn't walk without crutches and the pain was MIND NUMBING I went in on a Monday and by Wednesday was walking without crutches Dr. B even sent text messages checking up on me asking how I was doing! I went again a couple days later and got acupuncture, deep massage, traction & adjustment and I can say I'm not totally out of pain I've been walking WITHOUT crutches & moving around without crying like a baby! I used to love this place , but after last time visit I'm not looking forward to book an appointment there, even though most of my friends and family goes there. After a great massage by Danielle I asked to have some cupping done which the Spanish lady didn't know what I meant and simply put so many on my upper back I was in pain . Then the DR, put me on the stretching machine left me on for a few minutes to the point it was so hot I had to call the front ladies to help me get out of it. Finally , my Sister got me a gift certificate for my birthday , to which they say it only covers my massage because some of the treatments go to a different Dr. even though it specifically said 1hr massage , cupping , needles on the certificate.Made me feel very uncomfortable and embarrassed. read more

Bergeson Chiropractic was professional, and an overall great experience from start to finish. You check in on their tablet using your phone number, have a seat till they call you, and then just relax and let the magic happen once they're ready. I came here with lower back pain and left sided neck pain from when I tweaked it while working out. I got their 1 hour massage, an adjustment by Dr. Bergeson himself, then about 20 mins on the massage roller table with normatec leg sleeves. The two times I've been there, Chelsea was my massage therapist the 1st time, and Neiela was my massage therapist the 2nd time. Both of them did an amazing job so shout out to them! Chelsea was super relaxing and calming, while Neiela had great strong pressure in all of the right places. At the end of my visits, I always left the clinic feeling better than when I came in. I was going to many massage places until a friend recommended Bergeson Chiropractic a few months ago. I immediately fell in love with this place after just one visit. They are very welcoming, friendly, and very professional. Above all, their massage therapists are so amazingly wonderful, and they offer complimentary adjustments after your massage session. Dr. B is by far my favorite for adjustments. Appointments are easily booked online but always have openings regardless of how last minute your schedule may be. So if you are in the Clear Lake/Friendswood/Pearland area, you need to try this place. The only negative comment about this place is that it's a bit outdated and old compared to other massage establishments I've been to. Called to get information on and book a lymphatic massage. The girl that answered the phone, who sounded like she was in an echo chamber or in the bathroom, said she did not know a thing about it other than it was $110.00. This showed me what was important to this business; the money not the client. Who has someone answering the phones that cannot, briefly, share something about their services they offer? I mean, it is so simple to have your staff, at least give an appearance, they know what goes on around there. Type something up for the front desk staff to read off to the client to give, at a bare minimum, so they know what they are doing. I was told someone would call me back. No on did. Having new clients does not seem important to this facility. Buyer beware. One star because I have to. Horrible customer service does not deserve a star at all. read more

Not the best experience unfortunately. I liked Dr. Bergeson, he was very professional and helped my neck, however I didn't have the best experience with his staff. The front desk person somehow kept skipping over my file so I sat on my first visit waiting for about an hour and twenty minutes when I was only the second person in the waiting room. There were many, many others that came in after me that went ahead of me. I think the Dr. realized this and grabbed my file and apologized. I was taken back to a room and given a gown that was way too big and so didn't properly cover my chest as I laid on the bed, which was highly uncomfortable. As I laid there with the heat pack and was supposed to be relaxing, the door was left open and I had to listen to an extremely unprofessional conversation between two of the assistants and another patient whom was the sister to one of the assistants. Then there was a male staff member out in the hall that was playing with a drill saw so loudly and shouting about it being fun that it made relaxing impossible. read more

I have been to several chiropractors over the years. My wife used to work for one and I had one in the family. I am very familiar with the various types of movements and adjustments that can be done to help get you cracking and snapping. I do not have chronic pain but as I get older I find that an occasional adjustment is helpful. Sometimes I do too much or just don't feel as good as I should and an adjustment really helps. Bergeson Chiro has the latest and greatest equipment including heated ultrasound muscle stem. I believe it is called Therma-Stem. Instead of being pads that are in one position delivering electrical stimulation, Therma-Stem is an ultrasound based technology that delivers the stimulation as they are rubbing a gel over your problem areas. I find it works much better. They also have massages available although I have never had one from here. They do accept various insurances and will bill them for you. The staff are all very friendly. The two Chiropractors make you feel welcome. This is a BUSY practice. You do not need an appointment and can be seen if you are willing to wait your turn. The good news is when it is your turn, you are not rushed through the process and you get the attention you need. read more

I went to Bergeson Chiropractic today for the first time and really enjoyed my visit. I first got a massage by Kizzy and it was hands down the best massage I have ever had. She paid extra attention to my shoulders and neck because I told her I felt very tense in that area. She was also very nice. I have been here several times. I really like the doctors but their system is broken. One time they totally forgot about me and it took forever to get someone to come back and take the electrodes and heat off then again wait for an adjustment. I realize sometimes things happen so while annoyed I let them know but continued to come. Well today I waited some time to go back. It's busy so I get it. But this time after the electrodes finished it was 30 minutes after that and that was only because I kept say "help, hello, or excuse me" finally someone came but left again before coming back and taking them off. This is inexcusable. I like them but this system is broken when you forget about people in your office. And rude to your customers. Until they fix this I won't be back nor recommend to anyone. read more

I've only been here a few times, and the first two were when I was taking my mom for her chiropractic needs. Dr. Bergeson and his son (also Dr. Bergeson) are extremely wonderful at what they do. They have a great rapport with their patients. They are very caring, and Dr. Bergeson will even call you shortly after your appointment to see how you're doing and make sure all went well. They remember their patients, and take the time to get to know each and every one. I started going for the pain I have in my neck, shoulder, and back. They started treatment on my very first visit. Every person requires different treatment, but for me they start with a 10's unit on my back along with a heating pad. I have my adjustment, and then a bit of a back massage. It leaves me feeling great afterward, and I look forward to my next visit. They offer other services as well, but I've never had those. My mom goes for physical therapy. They also offer massages, and I believe cryotherapy. The best part is that they take walk-ins, so I can go last minute if I end up having time. I highly recommend Dr. Bergeson! read more

This place is phenomenal. First off, it's a walk-in clinic. So if you do something to your back suddenly, you can have it taken care of straight away instead of waiting for an appointment for days. Huge bonus! Everyone who works there is friendly and welcoming. Keith is an incredible chiropractor, who will have you adjusted and out the door in less than 5 minutes, but leave you feeling like you're walking out on clouds. And speaking of clouds, I highly recommend getting a massage here. I won't go anywhere else. Every massage therapist in my past did good work and was an enjoyable experience, but they're a notch above at Bergeson. Their hands are pure magic who know exactly where your issues lie, and how to get rid of them in a most euphoric manner. (FYI: Jackie is my favorite!) They also sell CBD oil, Circle E candles (which are the best candles anywhere), and other helpful relaxing items to add to your physical and mental health. At first I was skeptical because he doesn't take appointments but somehow he makes it all work and there's hardly any wait! Amazing. The care you get is incredible - tends, ultrasounds, massage, adjustment... all for a very reasonable price. And all done with a smile. Dr. B is always around to welcome you and say goodbye. First off i want to start by saying the massage was wonderful! I had Hannah B & she did an amazing job on the massage & being more than accompanying to personal requests and comfort. I guess my main complaint is dont schedule your appointment before closing time, I had an appointment for massage/chiropractic adjustment at 6 that my fiance placed for me. When i arrived the Father of the Chiropractic was at the front shaking hands & showing face. I shook his hand & told him I had an appointment for a massage/chiropractic appointment at 6. He pointed me to the front desk & said "she will help you" The young lady at the counter then checked me in and had me fill out paper work. Then a masseuse comes out and asks for me. The desk lady points to me says "Oh im sorry i didnt know you had a massage please go back with her" so i go back around 6:07 and massage starts at 6:10. Amazing massage as i said but it did end at 6:50 which I figured the other part of the hour was the chiropractic. When i get to the front they try to start my payment process so i tell them i have a chiropractic appointment with the message. They yell around the corner asking if there is any Chiropractors here, someone yells back "no" and she turns and tells me I can go ahead and pay and come back tomorrow for my chiropractic. I appreciate the gesture but it was in Friendswood & i had to drive 40 minutes from work in traffic which turned it to a 55 minute trip. I dont think i will be returning they seemed more interested in getting me paid up and out the door than helping & if there were chiropractors there when i arrived maybe have that part first then the massage. read more

Love this place! The wait is long unless you find the "sweet spot" on when to go but they are moving people through quickly. There's just always a ton of people because they're awesome. You get so much for your money and they actually spend time loosening your muscles before adjusting you. I even get follow up texts the next day. Only the second time I have tried a chiropractor. The first time was a total bust. The lady couldn't pop my back a single pop. Then I came to this chiropractor after years of sceptaeism from the first time I tried it out. Let me tell you my back popped maybe 30 times or more. Years of tension and pain gone in a single visit. I was a paratrooper in the army for 12 years, I've worked in the plants the past nine years, so I've been pretty rough on my body. I feel like a young kid again with this back after the adjustment.
