The joint it's great for a quick in and out adjustment. Be specific with the doctor about what you need adjusted or what areas are affecting you, and they will do a great job getting it adjusted. For maintenance care, this is a great affordable option. read more

My son came in with numbness in his toes and obvious sciatic nerve issues. The doctor was very nice, but literally adjusted him for 1 minute. Way way too fast, and my son said the adjustment was identical to the last time he came in with a different complaint. Been seeing chiropractors my entire life and I've never seen one so fast, impersonal, and ineffective. We will not be back. read more

I have the monthly payment plan and I love this place you never really have to wait long to see someone I was in a car accident a couple years ago and they have helped my pain alot I've been to a couple other chiropractic places and they didn't help or it hurt but the joint doesn't I recommend going to this place read more

I've been to the Joint in the West Hollywood location and was very happy. Today, I was not. I felt as if my whole experience was rushed. The doctor didn't ask me what my concerns were before the adjustment or asked me if I was experiencing any pain. He just told me to hang up my foster and lay on the table. Even tho I've been to the joint before, he wasn't explaining any of the adjustments he was doing. {It's not like it was busy, it was only him and I in the facility). After, I told him my issue he told me information that I had already knew (being a dancer of over 20+ years). Stereotypical foam roller and rolling out my pain. Ok??? I hate writing bad reviews but I would've rather suffered with my pain longer than receiving the treatment and unprofessionalism I did today. Not worth it. read more

To start this off I want to say that I've reached out to the joint 3 times with my complaint via email and once via phone. I've yet to hear anything from them and I have waited two weeks. I wanted to give them the chance to resolve this before I posted a bad review. I am very upset with the customer service I've received at The Joint and feel as if I cannot trust thus company. I've been a member for a couple months. I chose the wellness plan for 2 months. When I signed up, I was given paperwork but not necessarily explained to in detail how everything works. In October, I missed a visit. I asked the receptionist, Ally, at my next visit if I should go twice the next week, or just go an extra time at the end of my plan. She advised me to ask the doctor for his recommendation. I asked the doctor and he just told me I can make it up at any time. I confirmed with the receptionist and she simply said that I could "make it up" but didn't advise that there was a certain time frame or anything like that. So I was under the impression that the visits that I missed would be able to be made up at any time. I have a very busy and spontaneous work schedule so I happened to miss again after that. I went to the joint on Friday, November 22 for an adjustment. I mentioned to the receptionist, that I had missed a few visits and I wanted to know how many. I told her I think I had missed about 4 total - from October and November. She advised me that anything I missed in the previous month I would not be able to make up, that I could only make it up in the same month. I was upset and taken off guard by this information. I advised her that when I asked about missing visits preciously I was told simply that I could make it up. No regulations were given to me. She said that is not true and all visits have to be made up in the same month. I tried to reason with her hoping maybe I could make up at least one of the lost visits from October but she offered no consolation or sympathy. She just stated very matter of factly that I missed the visits and there was nothing to be done about it. As someone with experience in customer service, I know that she didn't handle this situation correctly. I totally understand if I couldn't have made up several visits due to policy however she didn't seem interested in helping me at all. If she would have even ATTEMPTED to help me make up one visit I would have been satisfied. So after trying to reason with the receptionist and getting absolutely nowhere I decided to move on. I asked her how much I had missed in November. She advised me I had 3 visits left until "The end of November". This was including 2 weeks I had missed and the last week of the month. I confirmed this information with her at least 3-4 times since I was previously misinformed. My husband who is also a member there per my referral was there and witnessed her saying this as well. I asked her twice before I went back for the adjustment and again when I came back out from the adjustment. All times she told me I had 3 VISITS LEFT FOR THE MONTH OF NOVEMBER. Tuesday November 26th I went to The Joint. I had a break at work from 5:15-6:00 and decided I would hurry and go get adjusted. I walked in, scanned my card, and Ally the receptionist advised me it would be $39 for my visit today. I was very confused and didn't even think she was talking to me at first due to our conversation just days ago. With sincerity I asked her what she was referring to since I was told I had 3 visits left. Ally then tells me that those visits expired all on the 25th. Which was YESTERDAY. I told her that she previously informed me I had UNTIL THE END OF THE MONTH. She then decided to tell me that she wasn't referring to a calendar month, she was referring to the "cycle" that ends on the 25th. Of course I was upset and to be honest humiliated in front of the other customers in the lobby. Once again I tried to reason with her but she had zero consolation or sympathy. I simply didn't have time to stand there and argue since I had to be back at work so I had to leave. However hours later I was still very angry at this situation at hand. I feel absolutely cheated out of my money. I feel scammed. I will never again be able to recommend this company to friends or family members due to the poor customer service I've received. I truly enjoyed the joint and being able to go there but unfortunately that doesn't seem to be an option for me anymore. I cancelled my membership and will be cancelling my husbands as soon as his 2 month contract expires. To be completely honest I don't want to stop going to the joint. I enjoy the ease of being able to come in without appointment due to my work schedule. However I don't like at all that I've paid $168 and only received 4 adjustments. I paid $29 for my initial visit and 2 payments of $68 for 2 months of weekly visits. read more

Great adjustment today. Dr took time and listened to my needs. Hours are great as well and no appointment needed.

The worst chiropractic experience I've ever had. I had to sit in the waiting room for well over a half an hour even though there was no one else around. The chiropractor barely glanced at my chart and misinterpreted what I had written. Then he threw me around on the table with such force that I feared he would actually injure me. I've had many chiropractic adjustments, and I'm familiar with how much force they can use sometimes, but this was absolutely ridiculous. After about a minute and a half of that he scribbled something on a piece of paper for me to come back once a week, and walked away. read more

I would recommend The Joint to anyone who asks for a great chiropractic service. The men who work there are amazing; very kind and caring. They listen to what you have to say and help make sure your adjustment is what you need. Their fees are also within budget. I will continue to go to them as long as they are around! My only recommendation would be that they hire some female Chiropractors. I've been to many different locations in Ohio and Texas, and I've never seen a female adjuster. Just a suggestion as some people aren't comfortable with men touching their bodies, even if it's just for an adjustment. Thanks! read more

Giving two stars, because this place is convenient and they did help. HOWEVER, they are extremely shady. I had only wanted to go for one visit to get adjusted, maybe 2 if needed. The chiro did my initial exam and put me on a plan for 2 months once a week. I expressed that I didn't think I needed 2 whole months and he assured me after the first month we could reassess. I'm 100% and don't need to go back (even tho I have 3 more visits). Called to cancel and they wouldn't let me. It took finding my initial visit paperwork and calling them again to get them to terminate my membership. Also after your initial visit it's not even a full adjustment. Just a back crack and you're on your way. Although convenient, this place isn't worth it. It's better to make an appointment and go to a chiro as needed than to get hustled into paying $200 for 2 months of visits when you only need to go once or twice. read more
