The lady at the desk was rude and told me I was not eligible to get service at that location. We arrived 10 minutes before open to fill out forms etc. But the hand written paper was on the door that they would open 10:10-15. I am 34 weeks pregnant and was happy to find a lady chiropractor, most of them are male. I wanted someone who's a little gentle on me. She was the opposite, she was rough. Normally they would ask you to breathe in and out then they press or adjust. She didn't. She just did what she wanted, at some point I said "ouch". It was the first red flag she didn't respond with empathy. I came in for some chronic pain wasn't regard to my pregnancy and mild low back pain cause of my pregnancy. I was open to coming back regularly cause I really wanted to like her, and trust a female doctor. Even though she was rough on me, I ignored it. Once she was finished she said as I checking out "oh by the way, people I adjusted tend to go on to labor" I responded in panicked "please don't say that! I'm only 34 weeks my baby still need some development to do" she continued, shrugged her shoulders "I'm just telling you" I could sense some proudness in that comments. I confirmed "I'm not ready" she responded "well are you sure you are 34 weeks? Cause most due date are just estimates" and then took off to go to her lunch. I was terrified. I was told to buy 6 packages because that will give me enough session before my due date. But after that, I was terrified so I paid my due for the day. I came home paranoid and try not to think about what just happened. I'm upset and sad at the lack of empathy and belittling doctors continues to treat pregnant women in way they do. Like as if pregnancy wasn't hard enough, then to meet doctor like you is a total nightmare. They did not hand me or tell me any disclaimer that I would or might be go to labor after adjustment, or I wouldn't have done that. How stupid I felt as a first time mother. I really want to trust and like your establishment and I question myself to why I'm writing this bad review. The truth is, I want other pregnant women to read this and learned something I went through. Today is the day after my adjustment with her, but I'm paranoid for the next couple days. SAVE YOURSELF. Great place for chiropractic treatment . I like Doctor Kassel and Doctor Andrew. Love getting my back worked on as well as neck. The price is right and with the membership you can sign up for two months or more and get all the adjustments you need. I especially like that you don't need x rays , appointments and insurance. When I began going there in Sept (20th - this is relevant) for some bad back issues I would sing their praises to everyone. It was convenient and the doctor there was someone I felt comfortable to work with and trust to help. I signed up for their monthly plan of $79 that offered UP TO 4 visits per month. With my issues, I absolutely took advantage of the entire 4 a month. At the beginning of 2024 they offered another promo that gave 6 months of visits (which would equate to 24 total) for a really good price that would work out to less than $17 a visit so I jumped on it - but was also advised, when I asked about my (already) monthly plan being the charged on the 20th of each month, that the NEW 6 month plan begins on Jan 20th. Again, an awesome deal. Unfortunately, beginning around mid-Feb or so, they began with "musical doctors", meaning the one I was used to was no longer there and apparently no one was big on taking over permanently so I'd wonder WHO was cracking my back each week because you never knew for sure. The last straw was at the end of May or so when I wanted to check how many of the 24 visits(as I was PROMISED, sadly, verbally) it would still be, I'd used and I was advised my promo ended at the end of June..in SPITE of the fact that 6 months from Jan 20th would be July 29th. I walked in last week and cancelled. Obviously they don't keep their doctors or their word and I want nothing more to do with them!!! read more

The check in process was so wonderful and easy. Tiffany takes your temperature and you fill out a COVID survey. The premises are so pristine and clean, I felt safe the entire time! Dr. Lopez diagnosed my problem within 10 min (I popped a rib out of place) and set me up with a treatment plan. I love this place! I vaguely remember seeing a chiropractor when I was younger and was terrified and did not like it! But I suffer with migraines and chronic headaches I decided to give it a try again! I found the joint chiropractic on IG so I figured why not! They did not disappoint! Everyone there is amazing. They are all very patient and answer all my questions! Dr Kassel talks me through everything before performing adjustments which is greatly appreciated because I do tend to tense up in anticipation! My headaches seem to be less and it's been two weeks since I have started going to them! I use to wake up every morning with headaches and fogginess! I look forward to my appts!
