Signed up for 3 months. Decided I did not need their services and let the subscription lapse. Only problem is, its doesnt laspse. I was told a person must physically walk into the location you signed up for in order to cancel. 450.00 i have paid for a service i have not use and in this day and age a person should be able to cancel online! You would think this would be mentioned when you sign up. Be very cautious using any of the joint subscriptions, you would be better off burning your money or just pay as you go. read more

I have been going to this location for almost a year. I have seen amazing results in the way I feel and my athletic ability. Worst experience ever!!! Walked out in the middle of my adjustment because the guy was clueless. BEWARE of the wellness plan they talk you into buying it's a automatic monthly withdrawal for at least 60 days! No refunds! I was not given this information and they refuse to reimburse me even though I never used any visits! Company email response: We received a compliant for our Roswell location with regard to your membership there. I reviewed the account as well as the cancellation form on which you stated that you hated the service provided. We are the largest Chiropractic organization in the US. We are publicly traded and were voted the #1 small business by Forbes last month for 2021. The Joint performs over 8million adjustments a year across the US, and in the Roswell clinic alone we have over 500 members on reoccurring plans. It would be impossible for us to correct the type of concerns you are sharing without any communication on the part of the patient until they see their credit card statements. read more

I initially had a few decent experiences in the past, but my recent experience truly exceeded my expectations. I met with Dr. Myers, one of the new chiropractors at The Joint in Roswell. He was very patient and professional. He started by asking questions and identifying what I needed. He listened and then demonstrated what he was going to do and how it would help me. He quickly identified why I was experiencing pain, and he relieved the pain within a short period of time. After the adjustment, he explained why I had been feeling pain. At the end, he encouraged me to return to continue the treatment. I will definitely be back, and I would highly recommend Dr. Myers on Tuesdays and Wednesdays at The Joint in Roswell. read more

When I was young and CrAzY 20 yrs ago tryin to be a certified skydiver I had an injury where my L4 L5 compressed and I've avoided surgery thru the help of therapy,acupuncture and chiropractic help. I've been to several dr and practices and the ones I've had and many joint locations and have all been great but at Woodstock Dr Phil and Dr Jay have been absolutely amazing. I had heard about this place & finally decided to go as I was in excruciating pain from either sciatica or a herniated disc. I had been twice to the emergency room within 2 months & had read that a chiropractor would help me with the pain. I was not too sure but had to try it. I now will not miss a week with Seth (my chiropractor) at this location. I have been visiting this location with Seth & it has made a big difference. I can now walk. The complete pain will not go away from one day to another, as it will take several visits but what a difference has already made for the 3 weeks I have been going. Seth has not only been wonderful but very honest. So honest that he told me if he sees that I am so bad that he will not be able to help me with my pain, he would recommend me elsewhere. Ive been going to the joint for the past 10 years starting in Greenville, South Carolina. I have recently relocated to Woodstock Georgia and have been frequently visiting the Roswell location. I have a torn patella tendon in my right knee. Not only do I receive an excellent adjustment everytime i visit, the team also pays attention to my knee and make adjustments in that area as well. Overall this staff truly care about their patients and their progress. I will not visit any other Chiropractor these folks are great!! read more

The Joint in Roswell is the kind of chiropractic office I've always wanted...drop-in for an adjustment, hours that suit working people (even Saturdays!), a professional and relaxed staff, and they are focused on one thing: chiropractic care. No side things like trying to sell you a ton of supplements or other natural-care products - just adjustments! One of the best things is the price; I spend per month at The Joint what one adjustment used to cost me at other chiropractor's offices. Yay! This type of chiropractic initially seemed like a good idea; however, flaws eventually became apparent. The doctors did not have consistent schedules, which made it extremely difficult to plan my visits. At my last visit, I went in for a "wellness adjustment" and my back when into a total spasm shortly after I left. When the doctor tried to adjust my back, he tried once and said, "Wow, you're tight." He then tried again, pushing harder this time, and this is what put my back into spasm. I followed up with corporate the next day and they handed it back to the franchise. I received a voicemail from the doctor, but never spoke to him. I ended up needing to go to the ER for a muscle relaxer and missed two days of work. When I received the bill for my out of pockets, I contacted the franchise and spoke with the owner. She was polite; however, she clearly had no dispute resolution process in place. She informed me the doctor that adjusted me had been fired because he took up too much of the patients' time. She said she would need a couple of days to figure out how to file a claim when I told her I expected to be reimbursed. More than a week went by and I never heard from anyone. I called her again and asked for the contact info of her insurer and she would not provide it. A few days later I received a call from their lawyer and he stated that he "spoke with a doctor" and they didn't feel the Joint was responsible. I didn't understand this as no one had ever taken a statement from me. I did some more digging and found that the doctor who adjusted me was not only fired shortly after my adjustment, he had also had his chiropractic license put on probation by the state of Georgia. I considered legal action; however, I spoke with a lawyer and he said that I would have to get a sworn affidavit from a licensed chiropractor in order to prove medical malpractice and the cost of doing that was substantially more than I was asking the Joint to reimburse me. What really stings is that they charged me a final month's fee when I cancelled my membership. If you choose to use chiropractic, my advice is to avoid the Joint's "fast food" model and find a local chiropractor who runs his/her own practice. I would have to think they are much more concerned about their patients than the folks at the Joint are. read more
