Reviewed last month with same comments, nothing changes. 40 minute to an hour wait, only two docs. 15 plus people waiting, standing room only, for many people here with sore backs. standing against a wall for 45 min is not welcome or friendly. Hire some staff, make this experience better for your customers who pay you each visit and month. read more

So this is cool, I went a few days ago to the Lake Washington location and today I was seen at the Palm Bay one. All my info transfers, so I can be seen at any location. Very convenient. This one is a bit bigger and they have 3 doctors going at once. It's really busy but they got me in quick. Like at the other location, the adjustment was really good. Apparently they have a location in Viera too. I love the idea of being able to go to any location. Good stuff! read more

Man, I love this place! All three locations here in Brevard, actually, but I live closest to this location. Here in Palm Bay, Dr Tiffani and Dr Travis are my faves but all of them are great! You'll be in for a treat if you can see Dr Dan! They're open weekends until 4pm so my routine is to stop in and have my spine checked every Sunday after church! They are also open until 7pm M-F. You don't like manual adjusting and "cracking"? No problem- they have Drop tables and the Activator (my 9 year old has been getting adjustments since he was 2 weeks old and we use the Activator on him). They don't use any therapies (ultrasound, muscle stimulation, etc) so you get a straight chiropractic adjustment. Adjustments are very affordable and become more affordable depending on what package you purchase. Editing to say you can also visit any The Joint in the country and your info will transfer! I use one in Ohio when I'm there. read more

I'll start by saying that I've been to a few different Chiropractors in the Palm Bay/Melbourne area since working for one as a receptionist and in billing. First impression is extremely important to me and includes aspects of the atmosphere including cleanliness, music, and friendliness of the welcome...especially to new people. I'm an upbeat and welcoming, smiley person, and I get that not everyone is that way, but I expect receptionists to be since they are the first impression of the business. My first impression here was not great. The lobby is clean and comfortable, music was playing, signage was clean, and everything is modern. However, the reception was less than ideal. She wasn't friendly over the phone when I called to get information a few days before going in for the first time, and she didn't smile when I came in and said I was coming in for the first time. She warmed up a smidge by the time I paid, and I keep calling her "she" because she neither told me her name nor had a name plate at the desk or a name tag on her shirt. The forms were thorough, they asked thorough questions, and they create a casual environment with open adjustment tables in a large room behind the reception desk wall. Dr. Tiffany was sweet, she was the first smile I received and was also the one who treated me. She listened, understood and acknowledged my concerns as well as the health information I was sharing that brought me in to see them. The adjustment was pretty standard, but I did appreciate that Dr. Tiffany talked me through what she was doing and how and why as she went. She filled out a sheet before we started the adjustment that explained how often she recommended coming in for the first few weeks, it looked like a prescription pad. She asked how I felt after and reassured me that they would work with me to get my many issues resolved. She walked me to the front and gave my info to the receptionist who continues to be straight faced for the most part. I told her I would like to do the monthly membership (4 adjustments per month for $69) and she told me that because I'm doing that on the day of my first visit that I would receive 2 more visits free for my first month. Additional visits would be $10 each. If I paid for 10 months all at once, I could receive 2 free months. My first visit was about $98 with the $29 new patient visit plus the membership. Their convenient location to my home as well as to the shopping plaza where I go regularly is an added bonus. I left feeling a bit of relief, but I know that my many chronic issues will take some time to time and later by later my body can find relief. I'm 38 and have been healthy, thus far, but with a few injuries and illnesses that have left my body with chronic pains. I'm hopeful about the treatments and excited to get started and see what can happen. Later that same day... I took my 8 year old daughter in with paperwork pre-filled out. We got right in. And surprisingly, the receptionist was in a more welcoming mood. Sometimes people just have off moments, so we'll say that was what was happening earlier. Dr. Tiffany was so sweet with my daughter and made sure she felt comfortable and knew what was happening as she adjusted her. My daughter is familiar with chiropractic care, but has had pain with neck adjustments in the past so Dr. Tiffany used her adjusting tool to adjust her as a more gentle method. That helped! I truly appreciate Dr. Tiffany's attentiveness and kindness. The office was empty at 5pm when we went in, but she took the same care as when I was in earlier in the day when there were more people waiting (at about 12:30pm with about 3 or 4 people waiting). Tried their special and was SO disappointed. The front desk girl had nothing but attitude when I was filling out the form, then the female seeing me couldn't adjust me cause she wasn't strong enough, but then tried to sell me a "plan" for next week..not good at all. Tried calling the manager to tell her about the poor service, but the front desk girl said she doesn't come in.. run away from this place, I am sure there are way better places to get adjusted. read more

From the start with the two receptionists, to Tiffany Loc, DC was extremely impressed with the place. Being a first time patient the visit was only $29. I've never been to a chiropractor before, didn't know what to expect but my lower back pain was getting worse. Was willing to try anything. I'd give them zero if I could. Horrible! I should have paid attention to the reviews on their website that were negative. I suspect the remove them. When I walked in there was a waiting room full of people, and a line waiting to talk to the receptionist. There was another woman sitting at the desk in the reception area barking out what she needed from me! The first being whether or not I've ever been to one of those places before - I can tell you that if I had been I would never go again. The other question, in front of this entire waiting room, in a very loud voice she asked me personal, private information about my age and whether or not I was Medicare eligible. First of all, that would be a question to ask when I called to make the appointment, not after I arrived. I asked why they needed to know that information since they don't except any insurance. They told me it's because people of a certain age can't be treated there. So I'd say that's pretty ageist, unless a person has a health issue that would prevent such treatment. Additionally, it is a private and personal question. This is not something to require a person to say in front of other people. I suspect it breaks privacy laws. I told them to keep their appointment. I was not interested in a place like them. I value customer service, I value privacy, and I value being treated with respect. This group shows none of those attributes. read more

This place is awful! The office staff is poorly trained and rude. I was given a tablet to use for a new patient form, even though I have been going here for 3 years. Makenzie kept putting patients ahead of us, and when we asked for a manager's email, she said that she's "not authorized to give it out", and that she is the only one that can submit complaints. Their tablets are flawed, and when I asked for a paper application, I was told that it wasn't an option. As I said above, I have been going to The Joint for years, and this has me looking for alternatives. read more

I have had soreness in my lower back for many years at this point. Then, when my back went out for a second time, I decided to try Dr. Travis based on a recommendation from a long time patient of his. He has taken me from terrible pain that lasts for weeks or even months at times and never goes away to now if my back gets sore or painful it bounces back very quickly in days. His technique is so gentle, but for me produces long lasting results that have changed my quality of life. I am using turmeric, magnesium glycinate, in combination with full body stretching daily plus exercise and water. That wasn't enough I needed help and adding chiropractic was what has healed my back to where I don't think much about my back anymore! The price is affordable and the staff at the front desk are so nice. If there's one constructive feedback I could give to all the doctors in general at the Joint is to spend a little more time doing more thorough adjustments because I have seen them all over time. read more
