I found out that on that particular day (Wednesday), there was only Dr Wilson working but the key thing was he did not rush & really cared about his patients. They apologized & since I was his last patient of the day, he asked me if I wanted to do the procedure then & there (which would save me another trip to the clinic.) Did the procedure (even went past closing) & his staff stayed behind. He & his staff still had the same cheerful, friendly, & helpful attitude at the end as when I got there. I was shocked at how I was treated after being a returning patient and seeing them for nearly a year and also being disabled with Medicaid. If you have Medicaid, trust me when I tell you to steer clear of LifeForce Chiropractic. They would not return my calls when I left voice messages or reply to my emails. When I did finally speak to Sonya in the billing department, she was rude to me and lied to me when all I wanted was help and had questions. Without getting into everything, I'll just say that American Specialty Health (ASH) and their Group Appeals and Grievances Department is now investigating LifeForce because what they were doing to me (and likely others with Medicaid) was/is illegal. ASH has been unable to speak to the provider and their staff because they knew what they were doing was wrong and they were caught. (My health insurances words, not mine.) Long story short, LifeForce reimbursed me for what they should not have been charging me. And, yes, they're being investigated because of it and because they're not doing what ASH is requesting of them and because I never signed anything for Lifeforce to charge me. LifeForce is creating Member Billing Acknowledgement Forms now, though, so whatever you do, do not sign them because it protects LifeForce, not you. If you end up paying when you shouldn't have been and you signed those MBAFs, you would not be able to get your money back. I wasn't going to review them because of the nature of what's been going on behind the scenes with my insurance and LifeForce (things I had no idea were happening until now), but I feel that others need to be warned. Trust me when I say to go somewhere else.

Pressing down on herniated disc -- Dr. Teimouri assured me that I did not have disc problems and then proceeded to press down between my shoulders. An mri later found that I have a herniated disc precisely there. I think the lesson here is to make sure you have an accurate diagnosis with an orthopedic dr before proceeding with chiropractic care. 2. Unprofessional and pushy -- they strongly discouraged me from seeing a physical therapist at all for a few weeks. Thankfully I went to see a physical therapist anyways who accurately predicted that I have a disc issue. When I called suntree chiropractic to let them know that I wanted to discontinue my care until I had an mri, Tricia Gray was very unprofessional and snippy. She didn't even let me talk and just lectured me about how physical therapy was going to make me worse and that other chiropractors would worsen my problem. I was planning to return, but they lost a client because of her behavior. Thankfully she was wrong and physical therapy has eliminated most of my pain and I continue improving. They were also a couple other issues that gave me the impression that they lacked professionalism. Bottom line, I personally did not feel comfortable here. I felt like they tried to scare me into staying and were incredibly pushy.
