Almost always a wait but worth it. Staff up front is friendly and welcoming. All the doctor's know how to get that smiles back on your face and the swing back in your step. I went in for lower back pain. Yet my back was never touched My legs were pulled on and my neck was cracked which I could have cracked my neck myself. I felt zero change in my pain it was a Waste of fuel and time I will never return. The receptionist was nice when I first walked in but after my so-called adjustment and I disagreed to the monthly subscription she became Rude. The place was empty and I got a strange feeling about it. This made me ask for a receipt to make sure I was only charged the $29. read more

The office in Yuma recommended he do a follow up at this location as this chiropractor had moved to Tucson from the Yuma office. This business has an absolutely abysmal rating, and it is completely deserved. When I first started going here in the summer of 2024, there were three chiropractors, and the place was usually busy. But something happened--at some point in 2025, there was only chiropractor, and the place was often deserted. The one chiropractor who was still there was a jerk. I don't know his name, but he would spend more time chatting up attractive young women than he spent adjusting anyone else. He also just didn't listen. One day I went in and told him that my left shoulder was giving me trouble, pointing to it with my right hand and moving it a bit to show how my range of motion was limited. He did a few adjustments and then said, "How's that?" I moved my left shoulder. "That didn't help," I said. So he did something else to my right shoulder. "I'm here about my left shoulder," I said. "No, you said right shoulder," he insisted. "I specifically told you I was here for my left shoulder," I said. "I mean when you first came in," he said. "It says your right shoulder in the computer." "Why on earth would you pay more attention to what it says in the computer than to what I am telling you right now?" I asked. And that was it. He was done. I dared to question his judgment, so he wasn't going to help me anymore. Don't frequent this business. Find any other chiropractor to see. read more

Their claim to fame is making it that Chiropractic visits are easy with no appointments needed and walk-ins at any time. I just went in to this location and I was told to come back in an hour that they were at full capacity. The problem is that I live 45 minutes away and drove here just to get a treatment today. WARNING! WARNING! WARNING! Be very, very careful about agreeing to any so-called "one-month" special deals at this facility. My husband went in to get a one-time adjustment. They offered him a special promotion to get multiple adjustments within a 1-month period, all for the "LOW, LOW" price of only $79.00. So they charged him for that day's adjustment, plus the $79.00 for the one month of adjustments. He went for 3 additional adjustments in that month and then stopped going because the month was over. BUT NO!!! They had actually signed him up for an on-going plan, hitting MY credit card for $79.00 each month. When I noticed it on a statement 2 months later, they had already hit our card 4 times. Turns out that it is a "recurring charge," not a one-month special. And they will keep auto-debiting your credit card month after month after month for 4-ev-er unless you notice it and contact them. My husband acted in good faith because he had NO IDEA that he was paying for any additional months of adjustments. So he only got the adjustments the first month. When we contacted The Joint, they laughed in our faces as if to say, "HAHAHA. Dumb suckers! You better read the small print next time..." "You can come in and get some adjustments this month...since we ALREADY HIT YOUR CARD FOR IT ANYWAY." As if we would EVER go there again....LOLOL. We really needed an adjustment after working in the yard so we went to our normal place The Spine Club but he was closed already. I kept seeing a lot of advertisements on FB about the Joint so we decided to try them out. We showed up at 230 and were told the wait would be 2 1/2 hours. Or we could take the forms home and come back on Tuesday. This is Saturday we need adjusted today not Tuesday. Needless to say we walked out and will visit The Spine Club on Sunday. read more

Waited. 30 minutes later a young man came in, chatted with the receptionist and sat down. 15 minutes after that the doctor comes out and tells the young man to come on back. I give a WTF look. Doctor walks over to me and says "hi Cat um I'm sorry but we close for lunch at 2pm and I have 1 person ahead of you. Can you come back later this afternoon?" They don't accept insurance so I would have been paying out of pocket. Why would I spend money at an establishment that has proven that they don't want my business? read more

I went in for the first time about a month ago to get an adjustment for my back pain. While I felt better for a few days I decided to go back for another adjustment. After the second one I felt better but then about a week after that I felt I needed another one. The third time I went in the doctor I saw the other times was not working. I saw a different doctor and he was very rough and I have been in pain on and off for about three weeks. This place reminds me of Southwest Airlines. Herd you in and herd you out. I felt pressured to buy a wellness plan which cannot be cancelled for two months and was not told that. I will be cancelling it after the second month. I really don't think these "doctors" know what they're doing. I have had chiropractic adjustments before and have never had as much pain as I had with this last one. I was injured at The Joint by Dr Shaw. He injured my rib during an adjustment. It was very painful and I had a hard time breathing and bending forward. When I went back to let him know he casually said "This happens, sometimes the rib joint doesn't like the adjustment." He claimed that he had this same thing happen to himself while working on his car. He said it will take a few weeks to get back to normal and it's basically harmless. I had an x-ray and am still waiting for the results. I can feel a rubbing sensation in my chest when I breathe. Dr Shaw did not offer my money back for leaving me injured and also never offered to take a look and try to fix it. I wouldn't have let him but at least it would have shown some compassion. I was appalled. It shows that some people have no business to care for people' health. read more

I read reviews after few days I left that place. I agree. I went in filled out paperwork, I have a long medical history. When I went back I'm guessing he was doing an assessment (can you walk on your toes? Now ankles) but not once asked me what was irritating me. I had brain tumor surgery and lost NEUROLOGICAL function in my left foot. To emphasize, I told him this and he insisted he could "fix" it because it's my spine. I told him kindly, that's not what I came in for and he said "Well that's the issue". I pointed to my upper back saying I have been in severe pain here and in my shoulders because of seizure I had a few days ago. He completely ignored that and went back to my foot mansplaining that it was my spine that was the causing the issue. I firmly said "No, I had a surgery that caused me to lose function in my leg, I haven't been able to move that for about 19 years. That's not the issue". I got through to him a little bit but HE told ME that "you could have some neurological misfires...." I stopped listening because I've met these types of people, they always have to be the one to be right. I stood there in pain and in silence waiting for him to "explain" to me what I had just told him. He finally said if you're not willing to come in multiple times I won't be able to take you as a patient. I said "I'm not here for that" and he said "Well with a severe case like yours and YOU not willing to come in more than once I can't take you as a patient". I got a little teary eyed because I'm still in horrible back pain and was ignored the entire visit. They gave me a paper for rehab OT's and I ended up spending two more nights in horrible pain until I could see someone else. read more

My daughter talked me into getting my back cracked at The Joint Chiropractic. It was easy to walk in, fill out a basic information form, and see a doctor. After discussing health history and issues, I had my first session. It was painless, and relatively quick. I have seen four different doctors, and all have been excellent. After one month, I had more flexibility in my back than I have had in 40 years. Once a week sessions are now part of my self-care routine to keep my back in the best shape possible. This is an awful company! They are terrible with customer service. They are pretty much in service to rip people off. I've been trying to get out of my contract for the longest time. I only went 2 times to the joint and they are charging me $75 a month because for some odd reason I have to go to my location that I signed up with in order to cancel in person. I have moved away since then and don't have access to go back, but they will not cancel my account over the phone or by letter so I am currently being charged for absolutely nothing. I even asked if I was able to make it down there, Could I get a refund since I haven't been there and they told me absolutely not. I've been here a number of times and always been happy with the doctors. I usually do a 6 pack of sessions, because I don't have the ability to come regularly. My husband does the same. The prepaid sessions are billed as super flexible, so a patient can use them whenever they want, and an expiration date has NEVER been mentioned. But when he went to use a session this week, he was told that while he was in the system and they could see he had five paid-for unused treatments, they were "too old"and he'd have to buy new. Um, what the heck?? Talk about a scam, we won't be going here anymore, if that's how they treat patients, especially during a pandemic when he didn't feel comfortable going in until he was vaccinated. FOLLOW UP: I immediately contacted the company in response to their comments on my Google post. And their response was "Due to covid we are willing to extend them another 2 months [from the year expiration they put in fine print they rush you to sign but NEVER tell you about], but no further." 1st- swan/grant location- Dr. Parris gives me attitude and condescending tone which forced me to switch locations. Got mad because I wouldn't buy her "supplements" from Amazon. 2nd- 1st/Westmoreland location- Couldn't stay open and the Dr's they had there were wishy washy on who they wanted to treat, especially the female doctors that were there. Acted as though I was out to get them just because I'm a black male. I'm happily married and have been for almost 10 years! Never gave them a reason to behave that way. Acted as though they didn't want to touch me. And everything I went there was a different doctor. Now it never opens! 3rd- Valencia location- NO DR. VAL! The young female dr. Acted weird the last time I showed up and Acted as though she didn't want to help me and has told me to go to the Oracle location because she doesn't feel comfortable treating me. What kind of discrimination crap is that? She has seen my records and sees there is no reason to stop treatment when I have no cracks, fractures, or breaks anywhere per my trays, as she stated herself. I'm appalled at the treatment I have received and if that's how this company does business, I WILL NOT RETURN. I have adequate Healthcare so I can go elsewhere. I don't pay to be treated like a second class citizen by egomaniacs that are driven by skin color. I don't know what happened since that but she acts weird every time I show up. I don't even request her anymore because she won't do crap. I leave the same way I came in. Just because I had a neck injury almost 7 years ago, she won't treat me. Its just some arthritis. Dr. DeBrois at this campus and Dr. Jenkins and Andria at the Oro Valley location are some of the best in the COUNTRY. I don't hardly ever review, but I saw so many bad ones I HAD to open my mouth. The chiropractors - Dr Parris especially is very skilled. I trust her with myself and my baby. She helped me with pains I had post partum. The office staff is horrible. They are disorganized, give wrong information and I've heard them be rude and condescending to multiple patients while waiting. Kylie today while I was waiting was talking in the back loudly about another patient negatively. How unprofessional! Then she was rude to me about how long I was quotes to wait versus how long I had been waiting. The office staff really ruins the place unfortunately. Literally so not worth it. First of all, being a large company with locations all over the US, if there's any issues with being billed when you weren't supposed to (which I was) the people in these locations have like zero power to fix them. Second, it's not worth the money since the chiropractic process is barely personalized. It's like the chiropractic equivalent of fast food, except you're paying like $30-60 a month. You go in whenever you want and you get whatever person is working then (unless you learn their schedules) and they quickly go over your chart and do maybe a 5 minute adjustment and that's it. If you're going to spend money on a chiropractor, you should be going to a consistent person that knows you and your issues and genuinely works to help you feel better. I spoke to someone working at the location on first ave that emailed me a cancellation form and said all I needed to do was fill it out, sign it, and then email it back. I did just that, while on the phone with the woman, and she confirmed it would be cancelled. This was October of 2021... turns out it was never cancelled. I get a call today from this location asking why I haven't been in but still have the subscription... I was so mad. And of course since they have about zero power to do anything, they couldn't offer me the services that I had been unknowingly paying for nor could they offer me a refund for the 4 months I was, again, unknowingly paying for. They were only able to give me a refund for the last month that they just charged. I recommended they changed their process for cancellation, I mean when do you have to fill out a form to cancel a subscription nowadays? And the woman said that they weren't even supposed to be doing the cancellation via phone and email but in person. Again, when do you have to go in person to cancel nowadays? And she gave a not very meaningful apology saying "sorry this wasn't communicated to you". Such BS. read more

Check in could have been more inviting but overall pleasant. Could be a little difficult to find from street view I had Dr Brooke Skowronski. She was very friendly and informative. I wasn't sure if my shoulder pain would be fixed at this visit or at all. But she told me about the adjustment and what may be the causes of the pain and discomfort. She also made sure I was comfortable with any procedure before proceeding. There is a general area with chiropractor table, about 3. Your procedure could be watched by other patients. But within a few minutes after the adjustments, I felt instantly 90% better. I am really happy and signed up for the 4 procedures per month plan because I knew I would need additional treatments! I think this place knows what they are doing and I definitely look forward to going back They have several locations through US and you can use any of them. Did she fail to do that? How did she assess me if she did not touch me or give me a test? Given I am a "valued patient" , let alone the fact that I have been going to Joints for over 20 years I am surprised no one has taken the time to reach out to me. You profess your care for patients. I don't see it. My Boulder CO Joint ethics person reached out to me within 10 minutes of my call/review. I have now been coming here for a while and it has been great for my lifestyle. They have walk-in appointments and are open until either 6pm, or 7pm, depending on the day. Due to my ever changing work schedule and often being caught late at work, these make getting an adjustment a lot easier. It is also more affordable than other chiropractors I have been to in town. With how my insurance works, I would have to pay $30 to $40 per visit to other chiropractors. Doing the 4 visits per month plan I now pay, rounding up, $18 a visit... you can see why this makes a huge difference to me. They also don't take insurance so this is a normally rate. Also once you signed up with one office, you can go to any of The Joints. So when I have a bad back after a long drive to California, I can walk into a Joint there and get an adjustment. It is really nice. In terms of the service you receive, you have to remember that they have numerous different chiropractors working there, and they all have their own specific style for completing adjustments. You might have to try a few doctors before you find one you really like and if you go in at different times, like I normally have to, you get to meet them. I have been able to find 3 doctors there I really like. When you find one you like, they try to let you know where they are going to be and when they will be there, but seeing if there is more than one doctor you like is more helpful to you. The Joint has helped me keep some of my medical issues from creating more issues which I thank them for a million times over. I will always recommend this place when it comes to one's chiropractic needs. read more

I was coldly greeted by the receptionist, no warmth , no kindness honestly i don't think she likes her job or just not cut out for customer service. They wanted me to fill out 7 pages of information and my drivers license ...... what are they doing ( selling information) . Too encumbered i told the receptionist it was then she seemed flippant and almost happy to see me leave . I' m black so maybe she was happy to see me leave !!! My 15 year old son wanted to get an adjustment today and I decided to give this place a try since it seemed easy, fast and affordable. We saw Dr. Mike at The Joint on Grant and Swan. Dr.Mike is very knowledgeable and experienced. He introduced himself, evaluated my son's condition, gave him adjustments, sat us down and explained everything in detail. I was expecting a 5 min in and out adjustment, but he spent more time to get to know my son than the other chiropractor that we saw last time (and Initial eval was a lot more) I highly recommend Dr.Mike! I can't believe how affordable it was to see him. My son feels much better and happy he found a good chiropractor he can see anytime he needs to get adjusted. My wife called so I could get in. It was 4pm and according to the website closes at 5. The woman that answered the phone told my wife, after my wife explained the pain I was in, that there is a 30 minute wait and new patients take 45 so that's not really going to work for us. I was shocked. By the time I would have arrived there it would have been 4:30pm and it seems to me that "going the extra mile" doesn't exist here. They aren't willing to stay a few extra minutes to make sure a patient can be comfortable for the rest of the evening. I will not ever try going here again. They are in it for nothing more than the money and not for patient care. I will go to the Spine Club from now on. They treat me well and don't mind staying a few extra minutes to make someone comfortable. read more

Dr Val is great. However, the office is not doing enough to protect patients. I've seen an employee at the desk with a mask hanging below his nose and him touching it and pushing it up every few seconds while he's on the phone and handling people's credit cards and other things. Today besides it being standing room only there are way too many people in there there is no social distancing consideration at all. I said something to the receptionist I think Zoe but she didn't reply. The wait is too long at this location. And longer than what they tell. It's ridiculous to wait over an hour. If they are going to promote no appointments then hire more chiropractors. read more

I've been a member for about six months now and have such mixed feelings about The Joint. On one hand, the Chiropractors are helpful and I've never had a bad adjustment. On the other hand, the 35+ minute waits are unacceptable. I've tried going at different times and on different days of the week and it's always the same story. Today was the last straw. I went in well before lunch to get an adjustment. There was one person in the waiting area and no one in the back. I was told it would be 35 minutes to an hour before I would be seen. There was one other client in the office. One person and you're telling me I could be sitting there up to an hour? Give me a break. I pay for a monthly membership and have to leave without being seen more times than not because the wait time is ridiculous. When I told the receptionist that I wanted to cancel, she told me that a lot of people were cancelling as well but the company is taking steps to address the wait time. I'm sorry, but I would rather pay more to schedule an appointment with another company. I can't support a company that claims to value your time when they actually don't. Oh, and I've been to other locations in other cities and it's not the same. I can get in and out in under 15 minutes at any other location. The problem is the location on Grant and Swan. read more

Comfort and safety need to be prioritized more and sales less. This establishment had pushy sales, a stressful environment, and my experience with the doctor felt disrespectful and unsafe. I felt dismissed and confused by my experience with the doctor. Right when I walked in and before she even looked at me back, she told me the diagnosis I received from my former chiropractor who saw me for months at a real chiropractic office (not a quick service store like this) was wrong. That former chiropractor had me x-rated and worked with me extensively. I understand the focus is quick service but my doctor did not check in with me and have me take a deep breath before each adjustment and I was extremely tense due to the uncomfortable environment and her inability to connect with me as a human being. There could be more relaxing spa music, more soothing decor, and less of a focus on rushed sales that would make this budget experience much more enjoyable and comforting because after all it is still a healing service. After my appointment I was asked to sign up for a deal plan with monthly payment. I asked them if I could think about it for a day and they said I could but I would lose the free appointment they were going to throw in to help me get the amount of appointments I needed that month. They also do not let you sign up for only one month, but it doesn't say that anywhere on the advertisements. So while I was about to sign up luckily I asked this if I could cancel after a month. They said that no the minimum is two months. This felt deceptive and exploitative. Listen, if you want a quick and cheap adjustment this place will do fine. But if you want to feel like you are receiving care, healing, or getting a personalized or in-depth diagnosis I would go to a chiropractic office where you have the full attention of a doctor, privacy, and a more comforting environment. Be prepared that everything you write on your new patient document will be said aloud at a volume everyone in the room can hear including which medications you're on and if you prefer privacy surrounding your medical history you're not going to get it. If you need help relaxing before getting adjusted I would go somewhere else that does electroshock relaxation or at least has a doctor who will talk to you through the situation and encourage deep breathing because at this place they adjusted me without having me take a deep breath a couple times and I was worried for my safety because of that. I wonder if the doctors are a tad overworked since sales and the number of people seen seem to be of high priority - but my doctor was not "seeing" me. They were not listening to me. They were not accepting the diagnosis from a doctor who worked one on one with me for months. They rolled their eyes at the things I said my old chiropractor used to do for me. It was very strange. I do not hate this establishment or hate the idea of it. I think it's very generous to offer these services at that price, I would like to try a different location and see if I can find a different doctor that will be more present with me. There are plenty of affordable care eastern and alternative and western health services in this city that still manage to provide a healing atmosphere and help the person feel seen and respected. I don't think the price of these appointments (which is very helpful) means that the service has to be so abrasive. read more

Finally got some help with my wacky skeleton! Despite my crooked pelvis, bizarre sleeping position, poor posture, and non-ergonomic work situation, they've managed to help my body get back on track. Each doc has their own style ranging from eccentric to bland... you'll likely find someone on that spectrum who works well for you. Try out the different locations at different times/days to meet different docs. Occasionally I go and there's a bit of a wait... I usually bring a small crochet project to make use of the time! I went there after calling and confirming it was walk-in, using the $29 discount. When I got there they sent me away saying their front desk person wasn't there that day. This is not how you run a business. You need to have a floater who moves between the local offices as necessary, or the chiropractors (who weren't seen anyone) could have called another office and gotten instructions on how to do the paperwork.
