So I'm not "review" guy however.... I can't say enough about Dr Megan Randolph. I hurt my shoulder lifting in the gym. I had an mri and thankfully nothing was torn. Have a bad impingement. Was told that I still might need surgery. I am 51 years old so really not ideal! I went light for several months hoping it would work itself out. It did not. I went to The Joint with not high hopes on it being fixed. Boy was I wrong ! Dr Megan some how knows how to find where I'm hurt without me telling her! Not only that, she is gentle yet can snap crackle and pop me in all the right ways! She is truly amazing! I fully recommend her for your ailments. My shoulder is so much better! read more

Do not buy a package or services here if you actually want to use it. Since buying they are now closed weekends, and every day send a "due to unforeseen circumstance we will be closed today." I've never have been to see a chiropractor and honestly had doubts what they could do for pain management. I was completely surprised as to how I originally felt going in for my appointment which by the way you don't need, but it was a huge difference. The visit took of all about 15 mins or so. I strongly suggest to go in a day or so earlier then your first scheduled appointment as the amount of paperwork is a lot and it took me longer to fill out all 13 pages then perhaps someone else but I still suggest you get the paperwork as soon as you can so your not rushed to fill it all out while sitting there in the lobby. The front desk checkin ladies were both friendly and made me feel welcomed and helped me get my account setup. I'm not sure about a veterans rate since I feel to ask. I didn't use or go into the restroom to see about ada ability's but will the next time I go in a few days. After about 10-15 mins after starting the treatment was done and again can't say enough how much different I felt. I definitely give this a 5 star as they offer a first appointment special rate. To explore and see if they do what it is you're wishing to treat. I don't often give 5 Stars since I feel there's always something to improve upon however I just don't see what or where they can change. Well perhaps the paperwork. But this isn't a front desk clerks fault but rather the way the business is structured. It is also good to know that's there's about 750+ locations scattered around our great country for if you're ever going away on a vacation. They do not accept or take any insurance, so be prepared that your going to be responsible for the bill, but I feel this isn't to bad as the session costs are within most budgets. I think the first appointment was $29 or something like that. I know they give veterans discounts however I failed at asking about EMS, Fire or Police employees. I would be surprised if they don't. So overall I felt welcomed, a valuable client/patient and not misled by the doctors working on me and where you might be sore or whatever help you might need. read more

DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT GO TO "The Joint". They are a scam business. I talked to a girl to cancel my account back in March/April 2024 because I was moving. She said she'd take care of it.They stopped for 3 months, then started auto-charging my account. I called on October 2024 and they tell me that I needed to do paperwork to cancel, which the girl I talked to never mentioned. So, I've been charged every month without notice. No wonder that they have so much turn-around staff. Do yourself a huge favor, don't fall for their scams. read more

The male chiropractor that was working today was very upset about my on line review. I left a previous review about the time they are closing for lunch. Most businesses that are choosing to operate this way instead of being here for their customers close at a normal lunch time. This way you can plan your day. Run errands in the morning or after lunch. But he was adamant that I am wrong and he was very nasty. I canceled my account with them today. I've been a customer for probably 10 years. I never have been treated like this at any other location. He definitely should not be in this line of work. He needs to be doing a job where he isn't insulting people that come to him for what he is supposed to be here for. I hope management takes note and corrects his behavior. read more

Great for regular maintenance. Just started their monthly membership and it is worth it for routine weekly maintenance. It has helped me going to a Chiro to ease my regular migraines and stiff shoulder blades from working out or just normal activities of the daily life. read more

The staff were nice and respectful, and the chiropractor was very professional. I filled out a form, and waited for a while. If you buy the membership, you get priority access, it was my first time going, so I waited probably 25 minutes. After that, the appointment wasn't even 10 minutes long, the chiropractor went over my paperwork, asked me a few questions, and got to work. The area they work in is a large open studio area, with all of the adjustment tables out in the open, where other people waiting just stare at you. I think the worst part of this place was the whole membership thing. It felt like they cared more about pushing their expensive monthly membership on you than they actually did about taking care of you. $80 a month and you can go four times. That's it. I came in for some back pain, and in the next few days, I didn't really feel a difference. If you want real pain, relief, save yourself the money of their subscription and get a massage. I think it's worth a shot if they still do the new visitor price of $29, but if you return again, it jumps up to $55. read more

Had gone to The Joint years ago in the valley & was very pleased. Had been waiting for this one to open. I was not disappointed! The staff is super friendly and kind. Very welcoming and cordial. The price can't be beat and it is so worth it. I love the walk in concept and no appointments. Have never had to wait. Dr Eaton is wonderful. He listens and takes his time with you. He is very gentle and very effective. My pain and condition has really improved since I started going. He is well educated and knows what he is doing. I have never had any pain with his adjustments. I always feel better afterwards. As a healthcare professional myself, I really appreciate how this service is contributing to my overall health & wellness as well as improving some chronic issues and relieving my pain. My husband and I love this chiropractor. Dr. Eaton has been adjusting our backs for 1.5 years now. He is excellent and if I mention any areas in dire need he always works them out. I love the bundle packages we always buy 20 visits for the most savings. Totally affordable and we both have hectic schedules so the walk in hours are perfect. The best part is we are in & out never have a long wait. We are so happy they came to town. We actually drive 30 miles passing many other chiropractors from our house to this office because Dr. Eaton is worth the drive. I highly recommend this chiropractor. I have been under the care of several chiropractors for over 31 years in 3 different states and this place is one of my favorites and definitely gets the job done. While the service itself was reasonably priced and satisfactory, I went in. I canceled my membership because my back issues were resolved through a combination of chiropractic care, yoga, and acupuncture. After a few months, I noticed that I was still being billed. I called and asked that this be corrected and that I be refunded. They acknowledged that they had not provided service over the time I was billed but said that I neglected to sign a cancellation form that I was never given, I thus paid a few hundred dollars for no service. In my opinion, this is unethical and not a sign of a practice committed to patient-centered care. I feel ripped off! I went online and saw this was a common complaint at The Joint Chiropractic Joint locations across the country. I worry it must be a business strategy based on deception. the worst experience less than 5 minute. I had to ask for other areas to be looked at and treated. she then told me that I should seek out a more experienced chiropractor. Then they wanted $45 for the treatment that was less than five minutes and terrible results. Do yourself a favor and skip this place there are many other chiropractors in the area that are more detail oriented and thorough. Waste of five minutes, time and money. read more

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience from the time I walked through the door. The recent receptionist was awesome though! The Doctor came out at 5:30, when they close at 7 and was explaining the service which is excellent, how ever when I mentioned to my fiancé you don't have to opt into there monthly membership, he said if you aren't going to come more than once then don't bother doing it. Which I understand to get you spine aligned you need to I was like yeah I worked for a chiropractor. I was trying to convey I understand. (Which I probably didn't do to well at) however my fiancé and I both have chronic issues effecting our spines that can't be fixed and only looking for temporary relief. He said he has 3 new patients and I'm leaving here at 7. So everyone might not get seen, which is crazy, if you have patients you don't turn people away until you close. Just not great bedside manner. Wished it was better I really liked the business model until he pushed it to either do more or don't come. ended up walking out before even finishing the paperwork. read more
