The New doctor Dr. Kathleen DeDio is incredible, she is my wife. I met her nearly ten years ago through friends and I was in some bad shape had broken my neck a few years earlier. The best thing I did was letting her work on me. My daily life was improved so much so I decided I was not letting her get away! I married her right away. We built an incredible office in NY and lived there for the past 8 years. We had to make a move due to another accident I suffered in September of 2014 where I broke my neck yet again and suffered even more severe damage to my back. I was forced to retire and needed a better environment with less humidity, we found it here in Arizona. Now we needed a new place for my wife to practice and opening a new office was not in the cards for us we just needed a good opportunity and my wife found an incredible position here at Precision Spinal Care as the new third staff Doctor of Chiropractic, Dr. Joanne Therriault D.C and Dr. Brian Benson D.C. were so wonderful to her and offered her this amazing position shortly after meeting her for the first time. It was a divine appointment being placed here. The staff here are great and way above par - the greatest personalities and the Massage Therapists are so good. Theresa has been with them for quite some time and WOW! do I feel better when I get to see her. I have experienced others too and they are all so great precision spine hires the best quality people, for me though you just know when you find what you like in a massage therapist. I really can't recommend this place enough. I am going through the brutality (only a mild overstatement lol) of 7 specialists and ACHHS running the show right now. Each MRI shows more and more damage and each treatment makes my condition worse and worse so far. More surgeries are certain but I have to jump through these hoops to have any hope of getting them as you may well know if you've been through the public health insurance nightmare. I'm grateful to have help now please don't get me wrong but Doc Therriault has been treating me through this whole process and has seriously saved a quality of life for me I can live with for right now and much much better than I had. I am taking a few weeks off from her treatment for surgery to repair a large tear draining spinal fluid in me and I feel it already. I have had good and bad doctors, good and bad chiropractors over the years but to walk in and instantly trust someone in my condition says a lot and I trust her with my life. I see Dr DeDio who is pretty new to the area as I am. She came to our Club and gave us a presentation and checked our pain level via new technology. I could see that I needed some chiropractic help so I made an appoint a couple of week later. Good thing because my hip/pelvic area went out and by the time of my appointment, I REALLY needed help. Dr. D was very thorough. I got an X-ray and could see how off my back was. I have been seeing her twice a week for the last month or so and I can say today that I am pain free! I will continue going to her for maintenance as I know I have a pretty bad back. Also, I have to say the office runs efficiently and I have never had to wait for my appointment more than 5-10 minutes. I have been going to Precision Spinal Care Chiropractic Office for several years not. Dr. Benson has been caring for me and about me since I started seeing him. I often walk right into the office without an appointment when I need an adjustment and I am greeted with the same friendly smiles behind the desk. I have always been seen in a timely manner. I've been going to Precision Spinal Care for nearly 10 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff is amazing and the doctors are the best. My main doctor is Dr. Therriault but have seen the other doctors as well...they are all caring and talented. Have dealt with neck pain and am now on maintenance, only going once a month or as needed. I started with Dr. T @ Precision Spinal Care, because of a shooting pain in my elbow and since then I have had treatment the pain in my elbow is much less and, of course, you can`t forget the additional adjustment to my neck and back. After a couple of months of going to Dr. T, my husband decided it was time for an appointment for his neck and now we are both down to twice of month for maintenance. When we first moved to Prescott Valley a little over 2 years ago, I was having intense pain in my neck partly due to a very intense and difficult moving experience. I also had very limited range of motion in my neck. I would have settled for a decrease in pain to a level 3 or 4 but never thought I'd be pain free. This chiropractic office is the real deal. Chiropractors who provide individualized care, who really listen to their patients and examine xrays thoroughly before that first adjustment.
