For the most part the cashiers are nice, but I had grandma going for me and she said that a cashier about a week ago gave her problems. I always give her cash to pay with and we were being charged $30 the vape fluid the first few times, come to find out a cashier told her we have been over charged it's supposed to be $20 for the fluid when you pay cash. She also gave a card wrote down everything for us a signed it. Thank God I took a pic and sent it with grandma because a different worker was so rude, wouldn't give her a stamped card after paying and was going to over charge her. Props to Grandma who stood her ground and paid the $20. It was only one person we had complications with and who knows maybe they were having a rough day. Over all I've been going there for a few months now and I appreciate their hard work especially the owner, I called before my first purchase and he was amazing, knew what I was talking about and was kind as well as patient. He has knowledge of what he is doing however he treats everyone as if they do not and that they are wrong. He believes that people are not capable of creating their own Vape juice. And that it is a very complicated process. He does not hold back from swearing at customers or being rude to his employees. On top of all of that his prices are through the roof. My husband was released from the hospital on Christmas Day. It turns out that there are very few places in Burlington that rent or sell medical equipment for the elderly. This is particularly true on the day before Christmas eve!! Fortunately, Upward Mobility came to the rescue, making it possible for my husband to be discharged from the hospital on Christmas Day. As luck would have it, I did not pick up the bed rail, so Matt, one of the owners of the business, made a special trip in on Christmas Eve to make sure I had that important part for the bed. This is a family run business and they care about their customers. They have high quality equipment and are reliable. They pick up the phone and you can talk to an human! As we learned from our experience, they are willing to go the extra mile to make things work out. A thousand thank you's to them for being there for us when we really needed them. I highly recommend them.
