When she couldn't get THE dress in my daughter's size, she reached out to her seamstress to see if she could alter it. When the seamstress said she couldn't get it done in time, Sadie said she would hold the dress for a limited time so I could find a different seamstress. Then Jackie, the owner, brought the dress to the Potsdam store to save us having to drive an hour and a half to Plattsburgh. Thank you to Sadie and Jackie for going above and beyond. So they tried to sell the dress out from under my daughter and didn't even bother to let her know. They also had very few dresses after we were told they had a lot of prom dresses. He signed me up for a rewards account. I received a 10% discount coupon in my email towards my next purchase. I took the shirt back to hotel and tried it out. The stylist that I worked with was patient and easy to talk to. She was understanding and sweet when I voiced my concerns about finding a dress for my body type, and I never felt pressured to make a purchase. The selection of dresses was great. I didn't see many dresses that looked overly traditional or boring, which were things I wanted to avoid. Their dresses are bohemian but also elegant and beautiful.
