When she couldn't get THE dress in my daughter's size, she reached out to her seamstress to see if she could alter it. When the seamstress said she couldn't get it done in time, Sadie said she would hold the dress for a limited time so I could find a different seamstress. Then Jackie, the owner, brought the dress to the Potsdam store to save us having to drive an hour and a half to Plattsburgh. Thank you to Sadie and Jackie for going above and beyond. Seriously. Let's just wait around for 4 hours when we called 8 days in advance so they could have the dress brought from their Potsdam location. Also found out the reason the dress wasn't there when we got there was because they got a deposit on it (a deposit on a dress they were holding for my daughter)and then the girl tried it on and didn't end up liking it. So they tried to sell the dress out from under my daughter and didn't even bother to let her know. They also had very few dresses after we were told they had a lot of prom dresses.
